Location and parking was excellent for our stop off for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard and our onward journey to P Town, very good indoor pool, the receptionist was incredibly helpful explaining local restaurants with a good recommendation.

The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful, it feels as if you are travelling to your grandma's place. The common areas is a nice touch- to meet and connect with other guests. Complementary granola was delicious. The design in the rooms and common areas is very beautiful. (kuddos to the interior designer)

Nothing, the room was dirty and the alarm of fire 2 consecutive days with fireman. The promise of the director who said that we will not pay for our 4 days in the hotel for the 2 days of alarm. I had demand a room at the first floor because I’m handicaped and I was not consider. A chance for you that the fireman don’t saw me trying to escape from the second floor.

This is a real gem! Beautiful Inn right on the water. Our room had full ocean views. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely appointed. Unfortunately the day we arrived was cold and rainy but they had the fire place going which made it cozy and romantic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! We hope to go back soon!

Traveling with my son, they accommodated us in a room on the first floor, apparently with a family with children and a pet upstairs who did not allow us to sleep for two nights. I really wouldn't repeat this experience

Falmouth is an adorable little town, giving us a great taste of what Cape Cod is all about. Our lodging at the Frederick William House was the icing on the cake. Jeanette and Fiona were the most wonderful hosts, making our visit more special. Totally will return!!

We had a wonderful visit to Falmouth. We spent time at various beaches, Nobska Lighthouse, Woods Hole, The Knob, Spohr Gardens, and Main Street. The shopping, dining, and natural beauty of the area made for a very pleasant little getaway.

The restaurant was only open for Breakfast!
The restaurant was only open for Breakfast! It was closed for lunch and dinner. The pool was not open!! There was no water or air conditioning in the gym. They did not have water in the rooms, because they said Falmouth does not allow plastic container, yet the vending machines did - so we bought our water for our room. They said that we could buy canned water at the front desk!! We were so disappointed when we received an email informing us about the closure of restaurant and pool the day before we left for our vacation with our grandchildren. We couldn't find another hotel during that week close to the Falmouth Curling Tournament that my son-in-law was performing!!! It was not a very nice vacation.

Went to Grew's Pond, which is public access and free.
Went to Grew's Pond, which is public access and free. A freshwater beach, small but lovely with small kids. Other beaches are private or need non-resident sticker fees. Had a great Mexican lunch (gets crowded though, be prepared to wait for a table) at Anejo on Main St. Falmouth is also the stop for a Martha's Vineyard Ferry and I would definitely recommend staying there on the Cape.

Loved Falmouth!
Loved Falmouth! Many good restaurants, very clean and well kept town, friendly people and shopping was great. There was a very accessible beach and access to a ferry for reaching Martha's Vineyard.
Excellent support staff and Inn owners. Delicious breakfast, with early riser AM coffee available. Had a Jazz quartet playing on the porch one night served with wine and homemade banana bread. Superb addition and an unexpected delight. Location is unbeatable, one can literally walk throughout Falmouth 5 + minutes away. Easy driving access to beach or Woods Hole. Convenient off-street parking is available.

Palmer House location in the Falmouth village is great. Can walk to shops and restaurants. The house is a cute Victorian house and carriage house with rooms. We stayed in the Samuel Langhorne Clemons which has 2 beds (we were 2 friends travelling). The beds are comfy and the bathroom is renovated. This is a pet friendly unit and the wear and tear of the carpet shows.
Location to everything in Falmouth outstanding, near down area and not far from woods hole. Seaway bike path right out back of inn which was very nice and wonderful to ride on, bikes were included with room so that was the best part. Area and location of the inn great; room we had not so good: maybe their other four rooms were better.
This place was amazing. It is surrounded by a ton of great places to eat. The room was incredibly clean and cozy! And the staff was phenomenal! I went off-season, and I intend to continue going off season. I have stayed in luxury Boston hotels, and this place easily rivaled them at a fraction of the cost! Highly recommended
The apartment was huge and very well-equipped, and the huge deck facing the ocean was very special. Loved waking up to the sunrise from our corner room. And with frontage on the bayside as well, one can see the sunrises and sunsets from multiple vantage points. Loved the proximity to the bike/walking trails in Falmouth.
The Town and Beach is a quaint motel which fits perfectly with the Falmouth vibe. The location begins the Main Street walk that allows you to enjoy the local treasures located here. The owner , Virginia, and her assistant, Terry, make sure you're comfortable and well cared for.
The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, had many amenities, bed was comfortable, parking right outside, freshwater pool and in a great location. Definitely would recommend. Won't let me load the rest of the picks but definitely a great place to stay.
I never like walking into a hotel that appears “sketchy.” I tend to be particular about the type of rooms/hotels I stay in. Falmouth Inn was exceptional! Everything was clean, neat, the smell was nice, the staff were kind
Great location on the main street of Falmouth, close to shops and restaurants.
Very helpful proprietor and staff, who gave us useful tips on shopping and eating locally, and getting to Martha's Vineyard.
LOVED the design and theme of this hotel! We enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub, on the beach and outside at the fire. We had a very lovely stay and would love to come back!
The location was amazing, we were right on the beach. The view from our room was exceptional. The room was very nicely decorated, beds were super comfy and the room was very clean.
