As you can see by my review of the Chateau Resort, we were extremely disappointed with this booking. They told us the heater for the pool was on order. Looking at some of your other responses, this heater was broken at least three months ago.

Love the area. It’s great for skiing and snowboarding.
Love the area. It’s great for skiing and snowboarding. The outdoor areas are nice for hiking. I mostly come during the winter for skiing. Mt Airy casino is a must see. They have great restaurants. I love Guy Fieris. They also have a nice spa and pool/hot tub. Camelback is great during weekdays. Weekends get a little insane. The outlets and shopping are great too!

I like the area we stay in.
I like the area we stay in. The mountains are beautiful and there is so many things to do all year around. The home looks nothing like it does on the booking page. it is not a very well-maintained home. It is not very clean and they charge and extra $200 cleaning charge. a toilet, screen and jacuzzi tub broken.

The room looks nothing like the pictures, half the size.
The room looks nothing like the pictures, half the size. Not only was the room smaller than portrayed but it was dirty and stunk. Half the lights didn't work and there was no mountain to be seen from our room. We went there to have a few drinks and some food but restaurant/bar was closed even though they told me it was open not only when I called before making reservations but when I checked in too
I paid $247.84 for booking.com, which includes the hotel resort fee of $42, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that I needed to pay for this additional resort fee?! The hotel also provided a payment receipt, did they indeed not receive the resort fee of $42? May I ask where my money has gone? You made me pay $42 for the hotel fee twice!!!Totaling $84!!!!This must be a trap, everyone be careful!
Horrible horrible horrible…. Dirty, my granddaughter had bites from crawling on the floor for 20 mins while we were trying to cancel the stay and find a different hotel… Don’t make the mistake or waste your money. I have never seen a hotel so horrible….
I was extremely pleased at how the front desk attendant, Jimmy, was pleasant and assisted us with all of our needs and answered questions without any issues. The view from balcony side of hotel is simply beautiful and I enjoyed seeing the deers.
1) Renovated
2) Hotel-like feel but still felt similar to home
3) Fully-equipped, beautiful, large, kitchen: everything I’m the house seemed to be in the right place.
4) well decorated and clutter free (classic pieces: art/ trinkets/ furniture
There was none. You ran out of breakfast - we came down on second day to one yogurt left and it was only 8:05. We had to go out of the hotel to get ourselves and kids something to eat.
We like the facility to go from the hotel to the lift area, we liked the organisation from everything, we liked how polite the staff were. Amazing experience
