All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the head waiter and the staff on reception. The housekeeping services were really good and it was an ideal location for us. Very good choices of food for breakfast and dinner.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel itself was stunning, with lovely rooms and amazing amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries I had. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and dedication to making our experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch stay with outstanding staff.

Lovely village and place. Decor, newly finished cool vibes, cement floors rugs, very good quality linen n towels. Good beds. Lovely housekeeping staff and bar below, if a bit over priced.

It’s clean and the outside looks cosy. Airconditioning works great! The host is really nice and professional

House was beautiful with a great pool, large rooms and many on suites / toilets and showers. Beds were comfy and all round cleanliness was great.

The views are amazing… some of the best we’ve seen on the island but the property itself is tired and in need of major investment to bring it up to what they claim is a 5 star. The entire decor of our room was shoddy with light switches covered in paint and unfinished skirting boards, one of which stuck out from the wall and looked hazardous. I have seen complaints regarding cleanliness but I must add our room, sheets and bathroom was. A major gripe was that when we booked I’d stated two adults and one child ( myself, my 23 year old daughter and my youngest at 16). On checking in we were advised that my youngest would be classed as an adult and so would have to have a bed made up in the room at a cost of 187 euros per night. This bed was smaller than a single bed and not at all comfortable. I struggled to comprehend that, even if we were a family of two with one child, we would be made to sleep in one bed. It’s also off the beaten track so once you’re there, that’s it. The nearest town for anything you might need is a taxi ride away so if you’re not completely happy with the food served here, you’re stuffed. Myself and my two daughters went for a break last week, one of which is vegan and I have a gluten intolerance. We found the food very limited and sadly had a server at their only restaurant who was very curt when we asked if anything from the menu could be modified. We cut short our planned four day stay and checked into another actual 5 star hotel on the island. I must add the reception staff were excellent, Lara especially, very accommodating and thankfully didn’t charge us for the remaining days.

Perfect, beautiful hotel. A gem.

The pools were spacious and uncrowded for lots of the time. It was pretty easy to get a nice spot to relax with the family by the pools, e.g. on loungers or very comfy shaded outdoor beds. The buffet was such an easy way to feed the family, especially children. It was immaculately clean with shining marble floors and all the outside areas being hosed down every day. The staff were lovely; always happy to help. My favourite part was the view from the resort. You could look out on a gorgeous bay, while sitting by the pool and watching the children. Also, there were lovely low-key activities, like gentle stretching in the mornings, a chilled out kids club with archery/tennis etc, and a towel folding competition. We managed to win 2 bottles of sparkling wine but I think that's unusual! Some of the entertainment shows were amazing. The flowers around the resort were beautiful.

Friendly staff, restaurant on site. The environment is lovely. Has a bar and restaurant below and local.
