Excellent sleep - bed is very, very comfortable.
Lots of nice little touches such as cutlery and dinner plates in the room, electric blanket on the bed, and more.
One of the nicest motel rooms we've ever stayed at. Location is ideal for exploring the island by car and Cowes on foot. Staff friendly and welcoming and on site facilities looked great (didn't use them but there is a pool, bbq area, kids playground). We had a small issue with something in our room but staff were very prompt to resolve it (going over and above what we would have expected).
Would return and would recommend!

I stayed in one of the new studio cabins.
I stayed in one of the new studio cabins. It was really well set out and had everything that I needed, along with beautiful crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. It was a very pleasant stay and the hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. It’s also in a very good position right on the beach and a short walk to Cowes township.
Definitely worth a visit!

Stayed at North Pier Hotel .
Stayed at North Pier Hotel . We booked family room which comes with an outdoor patio. Great location. Within walking distance to family friendly beach and restaurants. We had the best lamb curry in Chocolate Factory cafe. Not spicy, lamb was tender, suitable for kids. Love the fish and chips!! We purchased bundle pass which comes with Penguin Parade, Churchil Island (picnic area, picturesque view, Highlander cow), Koala Conservation (spotted lots of koala on the trees while walking on boardwalk). Highly recommended these places of interest.

I am sending these 2 photos as on the screen shot you see I paid for a studio with patio and balcony and all I got was this pod for $500 per night.
They lied about what my accommodation was to you.
Probably because they had a big group staying as well they decided to shove me down in a "trades pod".
Unacceptable! They need to give me a refund and booking.com can't trust them in the future!
Thanks Kerry
Quite large and spacious - would suit a large-ish group. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nicely appointed and the couch was quite comfortable. We arrived during a day-long power outage so there was no electricity until about 1 the next morning - luckily the host had phoned us to advise that the power was out in the whole town so we got dinner on the way.
The location would be walking distance to Cowes centre in summer but not so much on a cold and windy winter weekend.
The location is right in Cowes.
We were delayed and we were advised the reception area would be closed by the time we arrived.
The reservations person sent us details on how to obtain our room key which was so simple.
The stay was just for one night, Phillip Island offers so much to see and now we will have to come back and of course, we will be staying at the North Pier Hotel.
Cowes is the place to stay on Phillip Island, and Captain's Nook is walking distance to the centre of town for shops, cafes and restaurants.
Birdlife and wildlife are excellent in the vicinity, Penguin Parade not to be missed (and worth paying for premier seats)
Captains Nook is very well set up, perfect for up to 5 people. Very comfortable bed, lovely spa bath, 2 lounge areas.
Good location in a quiet street. Less than 5 mins drive to the beach and to the Cowes town centre.
The house was big, enough to fit 2 families.
3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, and a separate laundry room.
Spacious living area, front, and backyard.
Parking can fit 2 to 4 cars.
Dog friendly property.
Stocked with games and a games room with a pool table and foosball for kids.
The staff at Phillip Island Towers were extremely pleasant and accommodating. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group after we had to change plans at the last moment.
An important item was left behind, but the housekeeping team promptly informed reception, who contacted the group, and return the item.
Spacious 2 bedroom separate house, spacious living room, complete home amenities except for a dishwasher. Our unit was facing what seems to be part of the wildlife park, so we could see kangaroos from our windows. Place is quiet but very near the main town square. Have good playground for kids.
Welcoming, clean and comfortable. Glen Isla House is close to Cowes and a great location for all of the Phillip Island Wildlife including the Penguin Parade. It also has direct beach access. The owners were lovely and breakfast delicious.
This property is well located, clean and comfortable. A great location to be in when staying in Cowes. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. A short drive to the attractions on the Island. The view from the courtyard is wonderful.
It was nice to be closer with nature and animals. The room was very nice and clean. My kids enjoyed facilities (playground, kart...) in hotel. The restaurant food was alao nice.
Excellent accommodation, very comfortable and so close to everything in Cowes, closed backyard for your furry babies as well. The house has all you need for a holiday.
great private free standing villa so very quiet and away from the noise and crowds of Cowes .
wonderful facilities, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday
It was lovely staying at Genesta House. The staff were amazing and the room was great. It is also positioned in a quiet street and close to the main part of Cowes.
