Nice Small City for a weekend retreat, however if you want to extend the stay, the explore nearby cities, and ample options available to explore from Beautiful City Views with rich history to mountains and snow on the other end. Food is good, and if you try local food made by locals in remote areas of Georgia, i am sure you will remember it for a very long time. If i go again, food in the mountains would be a primary reason.

Tbilisi is a nice city with interesting buildings old and new. Good restaurants with very good local wines. People are friendly and we felt safe. In general is not expensive , good hotels don’t need to be expensive. There’s a good selection of things to see like the monastery and things to do like wine tasting. I recommend you to visit.

Great food and wine options, however the city is quite dirty and there is lots of graffiti. People drive like mad here as well. Worth a visit, but maybe for 5 days at most. If you want to stay longer it would probably be best to rent a car and drive out of the city to explore the rest of the country.

Tbilisi was great and we would come here again.
Tbilisi was great and we would come here again. It has everything that a traveler might want; history, art, parks, food, wine, night life. You should come here during a long weekend to also taste the nightlife properly. 3 days is enough but if you do more days, I recommend day-trip tours to close by destinations like the wineries and mountains. Don't miss the sulfur bath experience.
We loved this family-owned hotel and had the best time. The owner, his niece and his parents gave us the warmest and loveliest welcome in Georgia and let us feel at home! Their kindness was phenomenal. The hotel is nicely located, quiet area but still central and the best view on the rooftop-terrace over Tblisi. The breakfast is incredible, all made by La Mama. We can only recommend it to you all, especially because of the owner and his family but also its amenities and high quality standards.
This is one of the best accommodation that we had. You feel that you are in a true Georgian home. It is a family hotel and you will be welcomed by their Georgian hospitality from check-in until check-out. The breakfast is well prepared and I must say very delicious. There were also times that we need to eat early because of the tours but it was not a problem with them as long as we communicated it beforehand. We had indeed an amazing stay, the people are very kind and accommodating.
it’s my first time in Georgia and my hotel booked my hotel transfer. The driver took me to the money changer and sim card store immediately before heading to the hotel. Then I got greeted by the most amazing staff and made sure that all my requests were provided. They gave me the most amazing room with an astounding view from the balcony. On top of that, they also gave me a bottle of complimentary home made wine.
Nothing can top my stay at the Hotel Citadel Narikala.
I am happy I have booked this hotel during my stay in Tbilisi. It has new and well renovated rooms as well as Georgian style balcony, were you can sit and enjoy the cozy Tbilisi old town scene. The staff and service is cozy and top quality. We needed some extra help with our stay and the hotel staff willingly helped and showed real care.
Also hotel based in a great location, just few minutes from Liberty square just right at the heart of Tbilisi.
The hotel was very clean every nook and corner. The breakfast was very good with few Georgian local food included. Behind the hotel itself is lane of many Restuarant with different cuisines- Mexican, Asian, Arabic, Chinese and Georgian as well. There a walkable distance Carrefour supermarket for any necessities shopping. There are parks across and behind the hotel.
Most of attractions are near by and walkable.
This is hands down the best place to stay in Tblisi, right in the center of everything in old town. Mari, the owner will become fast friends with you and support all of your needs from taxi rides, to museums, to the best restaurants in town. She is also a fantastic cook. You will eat breakfast looking out in the old kingdom of Georgia. Ask for a room with a view. I will definitely return some day!
The room is very comfortable and the staff especially Yousuf is very caring and took care of us for our entire stay. The hotel is clean and breakfast is great with a lot of options. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood and it was peaceful from the traffic. Also very easily accessible to all major attractions.I definitely recommend and will stay in The One Terrace Hotel if we are back in Georgia.
The hotel is wonderful! we stayed at 5th floor and enjoyed the beautiful view on the city, TV tower and old church due to big windows, and also there is a terrace on the roof. All is new and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helped us with booking restaurants for NY eve and transfer. Also a pleasant surprise - a bottle of Georgian wine! that was very nice!🎄😁🎉
Great hotel! Very comfortable, new, beautiful hotel. Located in the center of Tbilisi. The rooms are very clean, large, have coffee and tea. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very tasty Georgian breakfast. The music, the atmosphere is nice. Very nice courtyard of the hotel. The staff is very service minded! Thank you very much for your hospitality!
The best hotel ever! I often travel to Georgia, of all the hotels, Jazz Hotel is the best. good service, frequency, comfortable location. It is located 20 minutes from the city center, the area is quiet, there are no traffic jams and it is calm, there are grocery stores and pharmacies nearby and you can walk along the Tbilisi Sea. I advise everyone!
The apartment is located in the center of the Old Town. It is very convenient to get to any attractions of the city, there are many cafes and shops nearby. The apartment is quite large, relatively quiet and spacious. There's quite a decent amount of kitchen utensils, including a corkscrew. This will not allow you to forget that you are in Georgia).
The room was clean and the view is amazing. Fresh towel every day and coffee is available anytime, breakfast is delicious. The staff is very nice ( Giga and Mary ) very helpful. Overall we love our stay in this hotel and we highly recommend this hotel. If there's a chance that i will be visiting again Georgia i will always choosing this hotel.
The hotel staff exhibited exceptional hospitality, and the quality of the room is commendable, especially given its cost. It's important to be aware that the locals in this area primarily communicate in Georgian, no English, and it's strictly prohibited to smoke inside the hotel rooms.
Very close to the metro and the railway station.
In my experience, this is one of the best five star hotels in Georgia. Great room, sumptuous breakfast and nice pool with saunas. For this price a great option if you value comfort.
Thank you to the wonderful courteous staff, especially Salome. Service is up to par. Glasses and a champagne container were provided upon request.
The host is amazing. He is the best host I have ever met. He helped us with check-in. He showed us everything we need, even he greeted us with tea and georgian pastry. The room was nice, 2 blankets. The location is close to Liberty Square which is a center of Tbilisi. The price is cheap
Great location with plenty of nearby things to do in a beautiful part of Tbilisi. Breakfast was tasty and cooked fresh every day, hotel staff was very friendly and trustworthy. They spoke English, Georgian, and Russian.
Simple hotel for overnight spending. Great location for exploring city center. Restaurant straight in front and around the recaption area looked authentic as many georgians set there (we did not try the food).
Lia is very friendly, helpful and generous. The location is perfect, right in the center of the old town, and really quiet at night. Breakfast was amazing. Authentic Georgian hospitality and atmosphere.
The room is very comfortable, big and very clean. There is a hand-held bidet which hard to find in Georgia hotel. The location near by the bus stop. I really recommend!
