Everything was fantastic, we were picked up from the bus station in Molina and brought up to where we were staying. The views are incredible and the experience was the best we've had so far in Italy.
Breakfast in the morning was a wonderful treat. Thoroughly recommend.

We enjoyed the stay very much and would definately recommend the stay to other people. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely with a kitchenette and lots of storage space, we had a balcony to sit and have a quiet drink while taking in the beauty of Lake Como. We ate in several places and had a great speedboat trip to view some of the other villages on the lake, Walking was good, the hills were quite steep, so you do what you can and go back. The higher you go the more you see. Don't miss it.

We we're suppose to have a rental car, but after some bad luck we ended up moving with public transportation with which Faggeto Lario is not impossible, but a bit difficult to reach. There are not too many restaurants (we counted three) and no grocery store. Views are very beautiful though and the ferry ride from Como was also very beautiful. On Thursday morning there is a market in Molina (do go there if you want fresh fruit, cheese, meet or other goods); It's small, but really worth seeing! And could feel an Italian atmosphere inside the house: It's cosy and at the same time one can find everything needed for a comfortable living there. Free parking place nearby and a restaurant with tasty national food. Alessandra is a perfect host - she was kind and gave really nice recommendations on the places to visit near the Como lake. If you desire something memorable on a vacation then Faggeto Lario is the place to go!)
