Lulworth Cove is an absolute gem. Plenty of walks and country pubs along the way. It is a must see destination, and perfect for a few days away. We stayed at the Lulworth Cove Inn which was ideal for us for what we needed. Good pub with lovely rooms and breakfast included 👍

If you stay at Lulworth cove Inn , (as I say in previous review) go out at night and listen to the Tawny owls. Also, visit Lulworth cove at night because when there is no one there its quite amazing having it to yourself, its extremely dramatic in the dark. We went in January so after dark the place was deserted which we loved. Also , if you open your bedroom window in the hotel you can hear the owls and the sea.

The purpose of our visit was a short break away. The planned break included cliff walks, visits to the Etches collection and tank museum. Lulworth cove was an ideal location and base for our intended activities.

Stunning location, perfect for beach strolls and hilly and clifftop walks with beautiful views, whatever the weather. Dogs welcome everywhere. Durdle Door is an easy, if steep, walk over the hilltop. Corfe Castle, Kimmeridge Bay and Studland Bay are all short drives away. Avoid high season, its gets extremely busy. Also be aware that the Army Ranges can close from time to time, some some roads can close and walks be restricted.

Great choice of ice cream shops and visitor centre goodies.
Wonderful coastal walks and beautiful scenery from Lulworth Cove to Durdledoor.. visited both and had a delicious dinner in the Lulworth Cove Inn
We had an absolutely fabulous time in this lovely B&B, it's a perfect location to explore a stunning part of Dorset from - easy to access by bus from nearby towns (we took the train to and from Wool), Lulworth Cove is a 10 minute walk, Durdle Door is another 30 mins from there. Room was spacious, bright and very comfy, breakfast was fabulous as well, we could choose from different options.
A lovely hotel with friendly staff, the food is of a really high standard, the views from the front of the hotel are beautiful, and set in an incredible location, the cove is gorgeous with a good choice of restaurants, although the walk to durdle door isn't for the feint hearted, it's well worth it, it's staggeringly beautiful
Great location, within a gentle walk to the beach at Lulworth Cove. Easy access to the coastal path for walks to Durdle Dor & beyond. Car parking was just across the road with a drop off point outside the Inn. Bedroom was very clean and a good size with views of the Cove. The breakfast were exceptional with a wide variety.
Gorgeous accommodation, loved the decoration in the Inn and in the rooms. Location was fabulous for touring around the area. Lovely and peaceful in the evening, great walking options for all levels of fitness. Amazing breakfasts and Sunday lunch, and lovely staff.
Amazing staff who were really helpful and happy to share their knowledge of the area. Excellent location minutes from the cove and on the doorstep of the coastal paths. Lovely view and good breakfast and dinner options and staff who were very attentive.
Restaurant - Dinner and breakfast were excellent, the standard of food is excellent. Rooms very nice, spacious and comfortable.
Great location, close to Lulworth Cove (5 minute walk) and Durdle Door (30 min walk)
Excellent location staff where wonderful and very helpful breakfast was very good and quick
Staff helpful and very friendly
Easy walk to limestone cove
Lovely areas to sit out and view the scenery
if I could give this place 11/10 I would. Lulworth cove is one of the most magical places in England and this hotel is so charming and friendly and comfortable it really adds to the magic.
The property was a lovely old house in a very pretty town. A short walk from a couple of pub/restaurants and Lulworth cove. Diane and Nigel were excellent hosts.
