Lovely cheerful host greeted us and showed us to a very well appointed clean room. Also, the breakfast was delicious!
Le Lappe is a historical farmhouse in the hills of Chianti, outside Cavriglia. It offers spacious accommodation, furnished in a typical Tuscan style and equipped with a hot tub and fireplace.

This hotel is incredible, a throwback to another more stylish era when people had more chance to sit down and talk over a long breakfast, with local honey and home baked bread. I've given this hard to get to hotel top marks for location as coming from Radda, as we did, the drive is very steady on a bumpy dirt road, but when you get there it is a serene paradise that would not be the same without the remoteness.
Dinner in this hotel is a must, full of flavour and served with Chianti by waiters who are attentive and appreciative.

The amazing view from the breakfast will be burned on my retina. The beds were nice and soft and the place was very calm and relaxing. The valley view from all sides was amazing.
Offering a garden with swimming pool and BBQ facilities, Agriturismo Podere La Fornace is situated in the Chianti region, surrounded by the countryside.

Spacious traditional house with nice garden and nice owner.

The road access to the property was disastrously dangerous and took us through fields and undrivable property. Besides that the apartment is on the second floor in a dilapidated building. There was neither WIFI nor a Washing machine. The host however mentioned that the washing machine mentioned is a public one, why would i use a public washing machine if I was staying in a private apartment .She also mentioned that the wifi worked well yesterday but did not work today .The building is old and dilapidated too.

Good location to visit Tuscany.
Good location to visit Tuscany.
1 hour drive to Firenze, 1 hour to Siena.
A lot of nice villages in the neighbourhood to visit.
There is small supermarket in Cavriglia but a big one in Montevarchi is only 15 minutes away.

Beautiful place to stay and relax.
Beautiful place to stay and relax. There is always something to do, 3 playgrounds, 1 swimming pool, children pool with slide & jacuzzi. The restaurant is nice & they have children menu as well, Pizzeria kicks of at 6 pm and the pizza they make is delicious. At this location is little shop where you can buy some basic stuff, but if you need something more you can take 12 minutes drive to Lucolena in Chianti, there is incoop there, or you wanna do bigger shopping then you should drive to Figline Valdarno, where are bigger shops like incoop or decathlon.

Quiet, secluded place. Very nice and (almost) private swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen. BBQ which we actually used twice. Friendly and non-problematic owners. If you have a car, location is great for exploring Chianti, Siena and Florence (you can easily reach Florence by leaving your car in Montevarchi and take a train which is easier than looking for a parking in Florence). Cavriglia centre with few really nice restaurants and small super market is within walking distance.
Tenuta Toscanita is a great villa on a hill surrounded by idyllic wineyards and it has an absolutely amazing swimming pool. The view over the valley towards Cavriglia was amazing, with the sunsets were breathtaking. In front of the windows there were mosquito nets, which were necessary. The location was close to the motorway between Florence and Arezzo and a great base to visit many places in Tuscany.
This hotel is STUNNING. It's set up in the mountains and very picturesque and tranquil. Our room was a great size and very clean. You're allocated a pergola around the pool area (so no having to get up earlier to guarantee a space).
Patrizia on reception was wonderful, she was very friendly, spoke great English and made us feel so welcome and also helped us out with whatever we needed.
The owners are extremely hospitable, they maintain a huge villa as a really nice family hotel. The building is easy to approach, the surroundings are clean and the scenery is absolutely stunning. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The room is well equipped, the price for it was a really good deal.
