A quiet position close to lovely Dolo centre. After parking in the forecourt, we were welcomed at this family run hotel and were made comfortable in our room. As suggested, we drove 3 minutes to Dolo for dinner. There was a coffee machine to make coffee in the foyer.

They did not have a restaurant at present, but there are many places to eat in the village of Dolo 2km away. Even on Sunday, we found a very nice restaurant in the afternoon. The hotel itself is an old mansion and still has the flavor of the past. The owners are working to update various items, but the rooms are clean, well serviced, bathrooms are in good condition. The staff is very good. And yes the TV works. The breakfast is very good. Free parking also. No street noise either.richardUnited States

Amazing view from the window to the river, bridge and the central square, lots of restaurants and bars in two steps, but it was not noisy even on Saturday evening. Gracious owner who wait for our late arrival and provided everything we needed. The hotel provides generous breakfast buffet, fruits are great (never expected strawberry, melon and lots of other fruits in February!) Parking is free in the backyard of the hotel.

Our room was delightfully decorated and so comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty with lots of variety. I especially liked the apricot pastry. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet them. We were able to access the villas nearby easily and it was not difficult to travel into Venice by bus. Thank you for a wonderful time.
