This hotel is wonderful and in such a beautiful location!! The rooms are beautiful & very clean and staff really look after you. We had dinner and breakfast & it was very good. They also have a lovely bar which also offers delicious snacks and light meals. It was hard to beat sitting by the lake on a nice day having a drink - Bliss!! I didn’t want leave!

The host is very attentive and generous, he left beers and wine in the fridge and was accommodating with us arriving a little early. The kitchen has everything we needed, so we mostly cooked our own meals here which was a good break after eating out all the time.

Breakfast was sufficient and most important fresh. Staff was very friendly. Tried to help in any way possible. We didn’t have to ask for anything, the apartment is well furnished. Smart check-in and checkout. The location is great, close to the cosy Verbania and perfect to reach tracking paths. Due to the seasonal opening we couldn’t try the swimming pool but this is one of the reasons we are definitely coming back.

The apartments are quite big, the views over the lake are outstanding. Ilara, the owner, is a wonderful host, always helpful. Due to proximity to the center of Verbania the location is excellent for exploring Lago Maggiore.
