The owner was fantastic. She made delicious breakfast with fresh fruits from the garden and many different homemade jams. Despite our very basic Italian, we had extensive conversations and she gave us a whole list of great tips for sightseeing and tasting regional cuisine. The locations is quiet and very clean.

Our favourite way into Mesagne’s old town, yet another destination that punches above its weight. Hurry through the historic gate into the old town. It feels bigger on the inside, no doubt due to the number of decent bars and restaurants as you stroll around.

The old town is attractive with many restaurants and bars that become alive after 7pm. Make sure you visit the ice cream shop in the old town near the big church where there are almost daily weddings and musicians perform on the steps in the evening.

Lovely town with great vibe in the evening.
Lovely town with great vibe in the evening. There are loads of restaurants and all were buzzing with happy eaters. The winding streets of the old town led to little squares with restaurants, bars, churches and live music. Watch out though the town is an absolute ghost town between 2:30-7pm - we struggled to find anything open at all and had to share a couple of dried up sandwiches from a coffee bar between 4 of us!

Mesagne is a beautiful little town near Brindisi.
Mesagne is a beautiful little town near Brindisi. It can be a perfect place to stay if you’d lile to visit the region.
Mesagne comes to life after 8 pm, the streets and the restaurants fill with people. (Booking a table in advance is advisable.) However during siesta the town is empty, so don’t be disturbed by that.
The town has not been discovered by mass tourism yet, so it’s a real Italian treasure.
Highly recommended!
The owner and host, Roberta, was exceptional in her concern for our comfort. She answered question with attention and humor. The homemade cakes and omelettes were especially delicious. For a very reasonable fee, Roberta even did our accumulated laundry. (You can also use a nearby laundromat.)
I slept in the loft upstairs while my friend slept downstairs. The cost for what was essentially two bedrooms made this a great value.
The location right outside the walls of Mesagne is outstanding. Walking to bars and restaurants in town was easy.
When we arrived a sweet old man welcomed us. He couldn't speak English but we managed to understand each other. The room at first sight was surprisingly good! A large bed in the middle of a very large room and the bathroom was excellent! The general property was a little creepy at night but in a nice way. We booked the room to be close to Brindisi as we were leaving Italy the next day. Messagne was a pleasant surprise! An old town in a medieval castle full of life and shops to eat and drink!
Size of the room for 3 persons, bathroom size and bed size. Use of the common balcony to dry out our clothes. Nice owners and they gave us clear instructions how to use their facilities. There was a working refrigerator that helped us to store our drinks and allowed us to bring our frozen drinks while roaming around. The center of the town was VERY CLOSE to the hotel, you just need to walk less than 1 min and you are there. Parking was close to the front of the hotel but you need to pay.
We liked everything about the place. The price was very good for the period of Ferragosto holidays in August and thanks to this B&B we discovered a great town of Mesagne and it's amazing! The host was very welcoming, we had everything we needed and could stay with our cat at no extra charge. It was overall a great experience and I would love to come back to Puglia and to Mesagne. Thank you for everything!
The location is 2 minutes of walking from the old city. The room is very clean, equipped with all you need for a comfort stay and the size is big. The breakfast is very good. The staff and the hotel owner supported us very much and required our appreciation. Free street car parking is available at the hotel side door. There is an outdoor nice pool, but we did not use it due to the weather
Charming BnB in a historic family Palazzo in the center of Mesagne. Perfectly modernized with elegant furniture and finishes. The room was quiet and every detail was thoughtfully supplied. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast. Vincenzo the owner was a friendly and attentive host. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Beautiful villa and grounds with a fantastic pool, situated close to Mesagne where there are plenty of excellent restaurants. Great base for visiting Puglian places of interest on both coasts. Corrado made us feel very welcome. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

Excellent location for exploring the main sights of Apulia.(Ostuni, Lecce, Albarabello etc) Quietly located but close (by car) to the lively town of Mesagne.
Exuberant ' la dolce vita ' architecture and beautiful garden.
Maybe one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
Everything is so nice and beautiful, very good breakfast and a very good value for the money that we payed.
The girls we’re very helpful and nice especially Gloria 😊
Spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was incredibly clean and well appointed. Mesagne is a great place to visit with a beautiful historic centre about a 20 minute walk away.
La Pecora Nera was a great choice for breakfast. A beautiful walk thru Centro Storico and greeted by professional and friendly staff. The location of the B&B was perfect for us!
The property is fantastic and huge. The design, the architecture, views, pool etc were all just amazing. An incredible hotels, friendly staff and excellent food. Dreamy!
Great place! We don’t speak a word of Italian but with a little a French/English we had a great time speaking to the owner. Clean room and close to the city of Mesagne.
It is a nice apartment in the center of Mesagne. It is in a very cute street which stole my heart. Everything was thought beforehand and designed very well.
