The location is a bit out of the way, but it has the advantage that you don’t have to fight your way out of a built-up area to get to where you want to go. A good base for exploring Mt Etna. Used the pool, but to be honest in April it was still too cool to stay in for long.

It is very nice house, all around is lemon garden and orange trees, it has a nice pool and a bar where you can drink and eat. The lady of the house is hospitable, polite, helpful. Rooms are big enough and clean. Location is good if you have a car and plan to go arround. If you just plan to chillout and go to the beach it is also a good option. Dinner in a restaurant was really good.

The host is very friendly and helpful almost instantly even to explain how to turn on a cooker. The view from the terrace is wonderful and all you need is within circa 10 minutes, the beach a bit farther. I would like to repeat!

The property itself was lovely and the garden and swimming pool area was well maintained. Sara provided an incredible breakfast of the most beautiful croissants /pastries freshly delivered everyday! The rooms are comfortable and the layout is perfect for families and groups alike - a large kitchen, with everything you need to cook and eat, including a great dining table for meals - then a separated lounge/living area to relax in the evening. There is also a massive table outside - front and back- for breakfast, in the sun or shade (your choice) and lots of garden furniture to enjoy. There's even a conservatory/snug for those wanting to read quietly or chill.

Yes, the apartment is slightly outdated, but based on the very competitive price it is great place! Everything is clean, check-in is 24/7 (key in the box) so very convenient if traveling through cities, owner left nice gifts and water to enjoy, also there is an espresso mashine as well as tea. Seems quite authentic apartment, the block and city itself which did not look as tourist attraction, but definitely has some nice features like amazingly long straight streets. And we did not expect to see Michael Jordan’s yacht staying at the docks.
