The room was dirty - the breakfast was so minimal - there was no buffet contrary to the pictures - all you could order was eggs which not everyone eats eggs for breakfast. In fact, noone even eats breakfast there as it was not worth the R275 that they charge for it - R275 for a small plate of eggs is overpriced for their breakfast and had I known this, I would have opted not to have it
there were no towels despite me emailing Antoinette reminding her to ensure that there is enough linen in the rooms.
the sheets were not changed
the room was dirty and dark and dingy - there are no phones to call reception if you need something

The beaches are very clean and the roads safe to travel, no potholes on the main arterial roads. Getting around is a breeze and going to restaurants around the area was very good. Stayed at the Wild Coast Sun for a few days and it was awesome, highly recommended.

The host, Bern, was great. Quite friendly and helpful. She promptly answered calls and WhatsApp messages when we'd questions. The room is exactly as described on Booking.com. Very well kept and the bed big and comfortable. Staff at the facility, quite friendly and helpful as well. Very close to the shopping center as well. We had meals at the on site restaurant as well as at the Wreck. Lovely view, ambiance and great food at the Wreck. Would certainly recommend it to others.😊

Port Edward isa typical Sourth Coast town, full of character on a Saturday late afternoon , if you overlook roadworks, Potholes and rubbish. Clerwater was a short drive through pretty agricultural countryside.
Everything was perfect and professional, from the point I made the booking the host called me to confirm arrival time made arrangements for me to receive the key as well as allowed us a late check out due to load shedding. The view from the room was superb. The room itself was absolutely perfectly equipped just like a hotel experience. It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Such a pleasant host and I definitely hope to go back to visit for a longer period and stay again in this same flat.
The neatness of the unit, sufficient cleaning supplies, toiletries, comfortable bedrooms with romantic candles, hot water, big stove, nice glasses, lake view, peacocks, ducks, birds in the yard. Green grass, amazing host (SHARON &IAIN), peaceful, security and secured place. Hiking, beautiful mountains. We actually saw Eastern Cape mountains while standing in KZN. Lovely weather, swimming pool. Lovely unit deserves 5 stars♡♡♡
Very good service! Staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The food was really good and catered for our dietary requirements, also a good room service menu! Full marks for the bar as well, good cocktail menu! We stayed in a family room: clean, spacious, good view and close to the restaurant and parking. The entire hotel has wifi, which was amazing! Staff set up a table in our room for our dinner!
A short dirt road led to an absolute gem! From reception to kitchen staff, this was a very pleasant stay with above average service. Some of our 5 Star hotels could learn something from the staff at Sada. The room is sufficient for a layover with all the necessary facilities. The aircon was a welcome respite from the days heat.
Absolute Exceptional Villa with all amenities available.Very close to a 5 Star Boutique hotel .Cleaning done daily hence villa is spotless and Andeline is a Superhost kept checking if we were comfortable or if she could assist further .
Kind regards Ameeth
We cater for ourselves, we bring our own food . The location was very excellent and I wish to come back for the next vacation. Seaglen Dunes Resort is the best accommodation to stay, I will advise the others to book in it for their vacation at Port Edward.

Friendly staff in all areas, all hotel staff. Facilities within, games, restaurants, water park. I would not mind to come back in future. My kids were over the moon
