The Location of the hotel was exceptional for access to transportation (train and ferry) around Lago d'Iseo. The room was large and had a beautiful view of the lake and the bed was very comfortable. Despite the 'worn appearance' of the bathroom the facilities were very clean. The owner was extremely nice and carried my luggage up to the train station for me after I had injured my hand.

Sulzano is a magical place nestled between the lake and mountains. Tourists can enjoy the beauty of the Lake Iseo. The water is crystal clear. The view over the lake is absolutely breathtaking. It’s a wonderful starting point for trekking the ancient Valerian Road or hiking the mountains. There are regular ferries to Monte Isola, the largest lake island in Europe. Sulzano is definitely worth a visit.

Very convenient location for taking ferry to Monte Isola-- 2 minute ride. Also, convenient for cycling north to Vellow & around to the western side. Rivalago hotel was a wonderful place to stay & dine. Tourist Info office very helpful with suggested biking routes & ferry schedules for various towns around the lake. Local biking shop near the ferry very friendly, only 15 euro for daily bike rental. Great staff & sunset views at Il Cacciatore Restaurant. Also, loved the food at Rivalago Hotel. Overall found very limited restaurant choices in Sulzano & no boutiques. Loved our 1st visit to the lake, but next time will stay somewhere with more dining & shopping options

Sulzano is a brilliant place to stay, with spectacular scenery, friendly people, and plenty to explore. A short train trip to Iseo and then brief walk brought us to Torbiere del Sebino nature reserve. We also jumped on the regular ferry across to Monte Isola, and climbed up for the marvellous view. The weather in September was gorgeous, and the beautiful butterflies, lizards, and other local wildlife kept us fascinated all week long.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The room we had was not with a lake view but had a big balcony looking at the parking lot and was still good. To note: the great view comes at a price as it is quite a steep walk up to get there. We were with just a backpack so it was fine. However, good to be prepared in case you have a lot of / heavy luggage.SimonaBulgaria

The appartment is located in the old house of the harbour mastor, is furnished with attention to detail and has all necessary equipment. Davide is a lovely host and always available to give support or advice. Parking is a 10 minutes walk away but no issue as it is possible to stop close to the appartment for unloading and loading the car. See you soon again Davide!

Apartments aren't very big, but are very well equipped and very comfortable. Additionally apartments had big terrace with view to Iseo lake. Rooms and garden are very clean. Big and nice swimming pool. Breakfast very good with good variety. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good service. Hotel has own restaurant. I recommend this hotel.

I was given the studio on the second floor that so nice, spacious, with a view to the lake and Monte Isola. The studio was two-levelled, with a kitchenette, and all the necessary utensils and a fridge. I wouldn't have wished for a better stay than that.AngelBulgaria

There is parking externally available about a 10 min walk away (steep hill). Breakfast was next level amazing. There was even soy milk cappucino. Restaurant was excellent for dinner. Room was super. Views were wonderful. Pool was very nice. Close to ferry as well.

People and service were great and we would love to come back and recommended for anyone to stay. The view of the lake and mount Isola from terrace is amazing and mesmerizing. Wifi was not working. Although It didn't bother me since I wanted to relax and enjoy without being on phone. 😊😁
