Excellent location just next to the LänsiHimos ski lifts. We stayed with two families, kids aged 5 to 8. Absolutely loved our stay. Kitchen well equipped, good facilities. Liked the property layout: living room / kitchen with a dining area and two bedrooms downstairs, extra sleeping facilities (perfect for children) on the upper level. Nice fireplace and also a terrace where you can enjoy a stunning view to the ski slopes.

We were really pleasantly surprised - everything was wonderful! We arrived there after the -20 celcius weather and we were worried that it would be cold but the house was really warm!! And after sauna we had to open window to let the warmth out. We took a car to the Himos mountain and did not walk as the roads were icy (probably you can walk in the summer and without your snowboarding gear).

Beautiful location. Has a large capacity for sleeping guests. Private sauna, full kitchen, TV with many channels, WiFi. Near Jamsä and just outside of Kaipola. Hot tub with dome at shore is possible if requested in advance to allow filling and heating. The local marina, dock, has the local pub/restaurant which is very close. Transport to the location may also be arranged from Jamsä.

Spacious apartment, new, clean, sauna, shower, kitchen two bed rooms, all you want for 2 aduls + 2 childs or for 4 adults. Pretty close to Himos Ski slopes. Reception roughly 1km away from apartments. _You can park your car at designated destionation. Nothin' super fancy, but all above avarage. Price fair, not cheapest, not the most expensive.

Stayed for several nights and it´s really the best accommodation in Himos. The house was clean, cozy and with all amenities. The kitchen has a large selection of dishes and kitchenware for preparing your own meals. A nice sauna and a wonderful view to the slopes from the jacuzzi. Everything you need for the winter holiday is nearby.

Clean, safe, by the railway station. Small kitchen, good enough equipped. Clean spaces. I loved it, that i had a minifridge in my room, and also a sink was nice addition. Cheapest of the options available in Jämsä, but unfortunately still to my liking not comfy enough for the money that I had to pay.

Amazing host, very accommodating and friendly! The location is gorgeous, just by a lake. We drove to Himos every day, which was very accessible and simple as long as you have a car. It is a small house, but has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, sauna, a terrace for the summer season, etc.

Jamsa Gasthaus is a budget option for travelling to Himos (or for those, who decide to travel at the very last moment). I maybe would not go there for the fun of it, but I would go there again to sleep after a day at the slopes. Perfectly functional and price/quality ratio is good.

We really enjoyed staying in Holiday Club Himos, the apartment was cozy and of comfortable size for 2 travelers. Also, the apartment was clean, in a good location, and extremely well-equipped — everything that is needed, was there, literally. Kitchenware above all expectations!

Excellent location next to Himos and the nearby lake. The sauna was very comfortable and pleasant after a day of skiing. Good equipment for our needs. What we really liked was that there was birch wood to burn in the sauna and inside the cabin fireplace.

Lovely little place to go skiing at Himos. It's definitely old school, but everything is nice and clean and functional, that it even made our stay more cozy. The beds are super nice and soft and the view of the snowy lake and forest was beautiful.

A nice and clean apartment close to Himos, Jämsä, Isojärvi and some lakes. Great location for daytrips. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Linda is a great host, responses fast to your questions.
