I booked the room for ~80 EUR per night in May 2024. For this price, the hotel is quite okay, and is the only hotel to my knowledge offering this level of facility under this price. The room size is huge for a hotel in a major European city like Paris. The staff was friendly. There's a towel warmer in the toilet which is pretty nice.

I chose Saint-Ouen for the price, knowing it is a poor and ugly part of the suburbs but if you have money, avoid it, it corresponds to a sketch by Rodney Dangerfield "i live in a very bad neighborhood, yesterday a guy asked me where the subway station was, I told him no one has ever stayed alive long enough to reach it"!

Location is a bit far from the city center where all the main attractions are located but if you planned a day trip out, it works. The area has good choices of restaurants and bakeries. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.

Saint-Ouen has a nice antique market, but also a lot of homeless people and people who are selling rubbish. Also when it's dark, you are not feeling very comfortable. It's not a very good neighborhood.

Very friendly and kind staff.
Very friendly and kind staff. They offered to hold my crying baby so I could finish my breakfast. Breakfast was very good and Everything was very clean. However the room was not so clean. Stained curtains and not so clean floor.
Also no space for parking and the nearby parkings were very expensive 2,80 for every hour!

We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces.
We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces. Since we are selling vintage and antiques in Belgium (@finds - vintage and more) we were hoping to score some nice stuff which we could re-sell in Belgium but this was not applicable at all! The prices were WAY too high for everything. We came home empty handed. It was an experience to visit the Puces but don't go there if you're hoping to buy cheap stuff. The city is also dirty and the Puces themselves were really chaotic and in some areas we had a bad feeling walking around. I had imagined it as a nice place to walk around but it felt you were in the suburbs. We stayed 2 days (one night) and the second day we went to visit a part of Paris and walked till there by foot? The Puces are for example half an hour walk from the Sacre Coeur. All and all it was ok for once and one day but we're probably not going back.

It is a place that kept on giving like having real chickens on the roof
a large outdoor area that the kids could run around in away from the parents and other guests We felt that we were the oldest there but the staff we A1 very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Enjoyed the food but would have liked a bigger selection. We were lucky enough to have a shared balcony where we enjoyed a drink or a cup of tea at the end of the day. Secure car park
Very nice house in the heart of the flea market, very calm, it's like being in the countryside, you can hear the birds!
Suitable for children, we were 4 adults and 2 children (games available are a big plus), and everything went well. We spent the evening in the jacuzzi between adults watching the stars and we slept very well! The sofa bed is very comfortable and the inflatable mattress in the child's room too. In short, I think we will come back here when we stay in Paris. And a big thanks to Aurelie for her hospitality!
The hotel is new and very well furnished. I liked the interior design very much.
The breakfast was nice and had everything you need for a decent one.
Note this is not a central location, but the center of Paris was easy reachable with metro and you get there for 20 min.
We asked to check in before 3 pm and the staff allowed us to. The staff is nice and very helpfull.
Overall this was a nice experiance and we would definatelly book Tribe Saint Ouen again.
Very nice apartments ! Stylish and clean . Everything is new. Not far from metro and grocery shops . Owner was very friendly . Apartment are located in very quiet area . We found all we needed for cooking at the kitchen, parking for our car in the same building, many different board games. I highly recommend this apartments! They made our first family trip to Paris very pleasant.
We really enjoyed staying here. The property is located in St-Ouen(just outside Paris), but it’s close to a RER and Metro station and it’s very easy to get to Paris’s main tourist attractions. The apartment is very spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything you can possibly need and overall the apartment is nicely decorated, without unnecessary clutter.
First we arrived, the doors were closed which scared us to think that we'll wait for a while to get in. But after 1 hour we could enter and met with the kindest owner, thanks to him we felt comfortable in the hotel within that area "Saint-Ouen". We left our bags in the reception after check-out until we leave Paris so they are trusted people.
I was in Paris for a conference and I chose this hotel because of it’s location and the fact the photos showed much bigger rooms, but in reality it was a very small room, shared toilet for a whole floor and no elevators!! 70€ per night with no breakfast!
Very clean though, but very very small and very pricey, not recommended.
A clean room with a comfortable bed and no noises from other rooms or from the inner court. The location is good, close to the Metro, and in spite of being in Seine Saint Denis, Saint Ouen is way more calm than some areas of Paris (XVIII...) I was pretty happy with the price, but it was some sort of offer.
Great location to the Puces de Saint Ouen which was the main purpose for our visit to Paris. Metro was a short walk away, as well as as a few groecery shops and delicious patisseries. The flat was comfortable, quiet, and stocked with everything needed for a long or short stay.
Good hotel with comfortable and well-equipped room. Plenty of space. Everything you need for a short stay. Pleasant café and working area downstairs too, plus very friendly staff, including Imene. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Blue collar neighbourhood, but seemed safe enough (as a man). Good stay if you want to feel a "normal" non-touristy paris vibe (as a reality check to the champs elysee...). Good food near the station, supermarket nearby etc.
The apartment is brand new and easy to access from RAR C station Saint-Ouen (15 mins on foot or 2 stops by bus). There is E. Leclerc next to the station so shopping is easy. The extra (sofa) bed is new and very comfortable.
Excellent location, just one direct train into Paris.
The staff are lovely and willing to help.
So impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and value for money.
We will definitely come back again.
We booked the hotel for its proximity to the Stade de France for a concert. It was two metro stops away. The metro was across the street from the hotel, so perfect.
Love love loved the room - spacious and great facilities. Easy to get into the centre of Paris via the 13 metro line with the stop only 5 min walk away
