The staff were friendly though only Karin (the owner) spoke much English. We arrived late and the hotel was shut, but there was a welcome note on the door and clear instructions to get in and find our room. We were also messaged beforehand with the same instructions. The room was clean and comfortable and cool enough despite the 30 deg+ temperatures at the time. The breakfast was very good though a little costly at €11 each. There were a good number of parking places.

That makes that the service is very personal, and also I liked the flexibility to allow late arrival, by providing the door code and simply leaving the key in the room door. I also like the village like atmosphere, and the direct public transport connerction with Geneva station and UN.
