This is a very small village. If you are looking for lots of activities within walking distance, this is not the place. The views and walking trails here are lovely, but no shops or restaurants. That being said, the locals are absolutely warm and inviting.

I loved the location, the people, the tranquil location.
I loved the location, the people, the tranquil location. When it is peaceful and quiet. i.e. when the weather is fine it is fantastic. When it is raining, my god does it rain! The beach is perfect for swimming and paddling. The pub staff were superb and friendly and the laid-back attitude felt so welcoming. It was a great change to hear some 70s classic rock playing in the bar instead of the usual Irish folk music but it was at a level that wasn't intrusive. I wish my local pub was as good as this.

B&B was expensive and didn’t met with our expectations.
It wasn’t clean , and seems a bit a lack of maintenance.
The parking was hectic , you lucky if you find space to park your car for the night.
Staff was friendly and helpful but they have no experience at all.
We left one day earlier because some primitive guests made noise all night no regard for the families with kids.
I cant recommend this B&b for families and I don’t think we ever going back to there.

Everything was great from the time we arrived until left.
Everything was great from the time we arrived until left. We really were not ready to leave when we it was time to go. Our host and hostess were quite lovely and very happy to lead us in the right direction from restaurant referrals to sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious and the the options were plentiful. He was very accommodating with food allergies as well as being careful in the kitchen with his food prep,
The conversation was quite enjoyable and made relaxing simple and pleasurable. I would go back tomorrow if I could. I will definitely recommend it to others.

A quiet country area with easy access to the beautiful Dingle peninsula. Limited local facilities for meals but only a short drive to Dingle for all the restaurants and shops you might need. Surf could be exceptional in the right conditions.

Very picturesque and quiet place on the Dingle Peninsula.
Very picturesque and quiet place on the Dingle Peninsula. It's not too far from Dingle town but away from the hustle and bustle. We drove but some people who stayed there were hiking. We ate at a country pub called An Bother which was great.
beautiful and peaceful place lost in the Irish “somewhere far from the chaos”... clean and space room, wonderful breakfast, perfect company of the owners Jimmy and his wife .. they suddenly make you feel home... you won’t never get this feeling in the hotel !
we had a dinner on the cost in Ballydavid and then did a characteristic walk along the cost... unforgettable sunset is served right there! very recommended!
The welcome is really on the mat here, from Eoin, Radka, Lisa, Katie and Caitriona! Mìle Buiochas to all! The food is delicious and great value and our rooms were lovely and cheerful it was like being on the set of Mamma Mia!! We walked the Three Sisters which were STUNNINGLY beautiful. We will be back or as they'd say in Ballydavid " beimid ar ais"
The breakfast was amazing, 5 star hotel quality, absolutely delicious.
Location was wonderful, beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean, a beautiful pier just minutes walk across the road, perfect place to relax , great hiking trails and walk close by and on the Slea head drive .
Loved the location! Located above restaurant and bar, next to breakfast room. Breakfast was wonderful. Location is quiet, yet in small town with a couple pubs. Hiking trail along shore near the hotel and beach right out front.
You could not ask for a more picturesque view of the water and green hills of Dingle. There is a great walk around the peninsula adjacent to the hotel that was a favorite of ours for sunset or early morning strolls.
Fiona and Sean were amazing! I had such a lovely time in Ballydavid and it was truly due to their gracious hospitality. I felt right at home and look forward to returning.
