This property wasn’t just a place to stay but an incredible experience. The host is exceptionally welcoming, the rooms are extravagant and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Location is great. The shower is lovely and strong.
Blarney is a wonderful little town. We enjoyed eating at Muskerry Arms Bar and Christy's Bar while we were there. Everything was walkable and felt very safe. We also bought a few items from Blarney Woolen Mills. This store offered the most Irish wool clothing of anywhere we saw throughout our tour of the country.
We also visited Blarney Castle and grounds. The gardens around Blarney Castle are incredible. There is so much more to see here than we expected. Our trip was in March, so we needed to wear a light winter jacket, but that also meant there were no lines for kissing the stone and touring the castle.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. However, facilities were poor with no on-site restaurant after 4pm, reception area small, food only available in the pub next door. Fine for a business trip but not for a holiday, very basic.

It is a fab hotel but there is something going on with the lift. Every time we got into the lift there was a really bad smell. It smelt like sewage . When we were leaving that morning it was really bad. Other than that l had no complaints . Very happy.

The hotel was lovely.
The hotel was lovely. I was there during a very warm spell so opened the window for air. Unfortunately since my room also overlooked the parking lot, there was noise and light pollution. This would not have been a problem though, but for the open windows.

Lots to see here in addition to the castle.
Lots to see here in addition to the castle. There was no wait line to see the stone and I still spent about two hours looking around the castle and grounds. Note there is a considerable climb up a tight, circular, old stone staircase to get to the stone! But you can see most of the castle without climbing.

The Blarney Castle is very pricey but the park is amazing.
The Blarney Castle is very pricey but the park is amazing.
I wouldn't recommend going up the tower just to kiss the stone unless there is no queue.
It's a good place to move to other small towns in the surroundings.
The Muskerry Arms was in the middle of the village and very close to the Blarney Castle, a stroll away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and so so comfortable. Beds were georgous with beautiful white linen. The decor of the room was fabulous and they had everything we needed, a kettle, tea etc. The bathroom was georgous and everything very very clean. Food was wonderful!! Could not praise the Muskerry Arms enough, would highly recommend it.
Loved our stay here, perfect location with Car Park at the back. We only stayed for one night but should of stayed for two. Breakfast was included which filled us up for the day and we also got dinner in the hotel which was YUMMY. Also the restaurant Manager Mo made our stay more special - he couldnt of done anymore for us and we would call back again to see him. We stayed on the All Ireland Final and from Limerick there was a great buzz & atmosphere in the hotel. Highly recommend
we really enjoyed our stay and our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. rooms were clean and comfortable, the house was in a great location close to Blarney village and castle and an easy drive to Cork, Kinsale and Cobh. Breakfast was generous, fresh and varied. We would definitely recommend. Thanks again for making us so welcome and for all the extra details especially over the New Year.
Incredible. You feel like royalty. The house is superbly decorated in family antiques.... and you get to sleep on them!! I wish I could express how exceptional the entire stay was.... interior, exterior, staff, and fellow B&B guests. A delight that I would return to Ireland just to go stay at the Maranatha House. It is a must of you are close to Blarney.
The location was excellent. 5 minute drive from the Castle and Blarney Village.
Breakfast was perfect and filled us for the whole day!
Siobhan was the perfect hostess, extremely helpful with regards to places to eat in the evening and genuinely interested in us and our trip.
Will be back there again on our next trip to the area.
It was a lovely place to stay. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The food and service were excellent. The rooms were a great size, decorated, and fitted to a high standard.
The location was ideal next door to blarney Castle.
The local pub served nice food and a local bus arrived every half hour a short journey in to cork city.
Book early. So the suite of 2 bedrooms came available unexpectadly, so we were lucky. Hotels in cork were 400 for 1 night for one bedroom and we got 2 with à kitchionette. The beds are comfy, it has its own door, parking and the host vicky leàves you alone. Its close to a garage wìth hot food which opens at 6am in blarnèy
The hotel is fantastic! very stylish, comfortable, the BEST location, and the friendliest people!! The things I look for in reviews are: comfortable bed, great location, family friendly, good food, and friendly and helpful staff. The Blarney Castle Hotel met all those!
Very clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone and felt safe. Convenient to town and perfect for being the first to arrive at Blarney Castle and skip the lines. A full hot breakfast is not offered but you can bring your own food and store.
Host was very nice and relaxed. Place was very clean, comfy bed.
Complementary water in the fridge was lovely. Blarney village itself is walking distace (for dinner and/or visit to the castle)
Gary gave us a wonderful warm welcome. Dinner was excellent, fresh and hot. The shower was strong. Breakfast was delicious! Plus it’s literally across the street from Blarney Castle!!
We stayed for one night as we were going to Blarney Castle the next morning. Perfect location. Super nice owner who greeted us and checked us in. Restaurant on site was great!
Very clean and friendly. Vicky was excellent greeting us, she also gave us great directions to get to our next destination. Very close to Blarney Castle
