They made good recommendations, interacted with the hospital and secured good transportation to the hospital. They could not have been more helpful and things turned out well. After we got back late they arranged for a meal even though the kitchen had just closed. They went out of their way!

It was easy get lost but, in a good way not your typical castle hotel layout, with obvious main entrance, reception area etc.. .
