Staff are friendly. Room was small but comfortable for 1 person. Breakfast was nice as well. I would go back, but would make certain arrangements, as below will explain.

I had a super late check in due to a flight delay and staff called and were lovely on my arrival (it was late!). I also unexpectedly had to extend my stay a couple of days and staff were super accommodating and allowed me to stay in my current room so I did not have to change over to a new room. Fantastic experience!

Wonderfully comfortable stay for our family (grandparents, parents and kids) in three lovely rooms. Rooms are spacious, super clean and nicely decorated. Well designed too - heaps of power outlets for charging, easy to find light switches and air con set to the perfect temperature. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely public spaces for a drink or a coffee, and a lovely courtyard with chairs and umbrellas.

Sisi was a fabulous host very easy to contact. Secure undercover parking was a bonus.
Not somewhere to stay if you are travelling with elderly family members, the accommodation is spread over 4 floors. There is a lift which was greatly appreciated.
The beds were very low
