Our stay was only for one night. We didn't have much to do with the staff but check in was friendly enough (girl seemed a bit stressed with was was happening in the bar). The room was clean enough and bed was comfortable. We did however move the bed to actually face the TV- there was a sofa in the room but it was possibly broken - very uncomfortable.

Fremantle is a very walkable place. It's mostly flat and most things are within a 1 -2 km walk. We did not have a car and did not miss it. High Street is the place for cafes and shops. Bathers beach is great for restaurants and sunsets.
The pace in Fremantle is slow, which suited us. We had a wonderful 4 days here and would recommend Fremantle to anyone wanting to experience the friendliness of Western Australia and enjoy that small town feel.
Fremantle Markets is also brilliant.

Fremantle has a warm, nostalgic place in my heart but over the years it has become decidedly tatty. Yes, it has history to offer but the general atmosphere in the town is one of cafés, eateries and non-descript shops offering uninteresting souveniers.
The Fremantle town council is badly in need of a strategy to create a town that serves the broader community beyond a place to drink coffee any time in the week

Freemantle is a wonderful old town, which has retained its culture. We really enjoyed visiting the Round House (a former jail), for the info about it and the views!!!!!!
Also so easy to get to the port to go to Rottnest Island. The Quest is a 2 min walk from tbere, making it so accessible
This is a fantastic little hotel - secluded, cosy yet so convenient to the best Fremantle has to offer.
We loved the location, the simplicity of the floor plan, and the pool. The room is compact yet comfortable with lovely velvet armchairs and cushions.
There are restaurants, cafes, bars and a bottle shop within metres of the establishment. South Beach is within easy walking distance.
If you are lucky, you may get to meet in-house resident feline, Nautica. If you are worthy, she may let you pat her!
The Endeavour Room was a lovely big room with access to a verandah that overlooked the back garden, which was beautiful and cool on a summer afternoon in Fremantle. Just a beautiful way to cool down after a busy day. The room is beautifully furnished with antique reproductions. Even has a reproduction of Sir Joseph Banks' desks that was on the Endeavour. Very tastefully setup with all the amenities found in a normal 4-star hotel.
I loved the location fairly quiet but right in downtown Fremantle
the breakfast was perfect for us. Great bistro coffees and lovely bread with jam. plus granola and yogurt
rooms are cosy but just what you need. wry well done
and then wine and cheese appt in the early evening. what more could you ask for
oh yes free bikes to take out for a ride.!!
A quirky hotel in central Fremantle, full of charm and character, with lovely staff. Large bathroom with beautiful products available. The minibar was complimentary, and the free drinks from 5-6pm were appreciated. Large comfortable bed. Dinner at Emily Taylor next door was exceptional - fresh ingredients, very nice meal and well priced.
It was a pleasant stay in a good, branded hotel within inner Fremantle. the room was a good size and the neighbourhood good for exploring central Fremantle with the restaurant and bars. Staff at reception were pleasant and very accommodating, Easy walk to Train Station with luggage.
Nice hotel in a convenient location close to Fremantle restaurants.
The room was comfortable, modern, and clean. There was ample working space.
The pool was clean and well maintained.
The staff take pride in their work at the hotel.
balcony , and the set out of the hotel inside. the staff were also super friendly, went out of their way to help and assist with every query.
the fact that it is so close to the heart of Fremantle, so just a short walk to everything.
Great location by the beach side, which my family walked along every day. Parking fees are reasonable (AUD15/day). Walking distance to most Fremantle points of interest (Fremantle market, little creatures brewery, some museums etc)
It was unique experience staying in such a historic area. The location is great and it's an easy walk to the centre of Fremantle. There was a large and modern kitchen and good common areas. The bathrooms were also bright and new.
Very private, cosy and spacious. Well presented and walking distance to Fremantle (15mins). Great bathroom and shower, with an amazing french pear and apple body wash. Over all a great stay and perfect addition to visiting Perth.
Nice big room with a good shower and amenties. The accomdation is close enough to the heart of Fremantle (5 minute drive) if you want to head out for a meal. A covered parking was a bonus which gave us more peace of mind.
the staff were amazing
rooms and bed comfortable
breakfast very good
the complimentary cheese and wine added a fantastic touch
I will return when I’m in Fremantle and I highly recommend this hotel
Check it out
Loved that I was allocated a room with a bath. Enjoyed the selection of items in the mini bar. The whole room had a lovely aesthetic. Loved that the elevator was right next to my room. Location of hotel is so good
Location is very good. Walking to distance to most attractions around like Little Creature Brewery, Round House, B Shed to Rottnest Island, fremantle markets and lots of nice restaurants surrounding the hotel
Location was the best!!!! Super handy having the onsite parking. Once in Fremantle, we did not need the car once. Everything was 10/10 for accommodation. Comfy bed, great space for a quick weekend away.
