Clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed and bathroom. Conveniently located with the bar and bistro beside and coffee shop across the road, all with lovely atmosphere and food. Secure entry from the street with the apartments being upstairs (lift provided). The room was modern with not much noise head from the shopping centre behind.

Stunning! I've never been to Goulburn.
Stunning! I've never been to Goulburn. The architecture and rich history of this town is amazing. We spent most of our Saturday afternoon walking through cobbled lanes and around churches. Bellmore Park is a must see. The food in Goulburn was great, smashed avo at The Harvest Cafe and Chicken Mignon at The Diggers are must try's. Back to the Arcade was fabulous catering for our whole family and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. There's nothing I didn't enjoy about our quick trip to Goulburn. Great drive through country farmland out to Carrawang for a dirt-motorbike racing event, off the main road, place you'd never see unless you had a reason to take that path. While it's a little on the older side, the accommodation was exceptionally well maintained and clean, and fundamentals like water pressure, bathroom, beds, pillows etc were all amazing. goulburn is in a perfect location,about 90km from canberra,196km from sydney,190km from bathurst and 153km from the coast.(wollongong).it is steeped in history witrh many victrorian era buildings and a couple of massive very impressive churches or cathedrals,it boasts one of maybe the only remaining fully working steam engine water pumps,old trains from the past era and of course the impressive rocky hill war mwmorial perched over the city like a guard.,.there is alot more to do in goulburn than can be metioned here,the best thing is to check it out yourself,there is plenty of accommodation in town depending on the season of courseRRaymondAustralia - 10Scored 10

We arrived into Goulburn late and it was cold and wet. We went to The Soldiers Club for dinner and all the staff were friendly, meal was nice. Unfortunately we had to leave early next morning so we didn't see a lot.

Very large shower (obviously built to cater for anyone who may be disabled) but had a seat, so I enjoyed it immensely. Extras touches like free bottle of water and cookies (fresh ones at that!!) Although on the main road, our room was set well back and very quiet - the hotel was full, but we were not disturbed by any noise at all. We stay in Goulburn every couple of months - I definitely would stay there again.

The room was comfortable and the fit-out was great. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The bed was better than I expected. My bed at home is worth $$$$ and is a firm bed so I find that wherever I travel across the world and I stay in various hotels and resorts I find that the beds are soft and uncomfortable for me. This was not the case here. If I return to Goulburn I will be staying at the Quest again.

The heater was very efficient, saved us using the air-conditioning. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We were going to eat at the restaurant but left it to late to get in, so ordered our meals as room service which was a very relaxing option
