I thought The location of the property was excellent
Not far from the town n bayside of Kiama and close to the beach, just a few minutes walk either way.
I also liked the bar and small deli restaurant down stairs from the rooms and the staff were cool and friendly.🙂
Not only that I also love the fact that there was Italian restaurant just across the road from the property very convenient for me who loves Italian food. 😊
Thank you for having me I did enjoy my stay ☺️

Such a pretty town, with the best of both coastal and rural views & activities.
A big variety of Great restaurants and cafes, with friendly service. Indoor and outdoor seating available at nearly all businesses.
A huge variety of other stores as well, clothing, toys, books, pharmacies, supermarkets, post office, op shops, specialty boutiques, information bureau - the list is endless.
All this, yet the small town feel, remains. 🥰

Lovely beachside town.
Lovely beachside town. We went there over Easter, and would consider going back again for longer. Went to Jamberoo, and had an awesome time! Kids enjoyed it more than Wet n Wild on the Gold Coast. But that was mainly because it wasn't crowed at Easter, and the queues were much shorter, so kids had a lot more time actually going on the rides, than waiting in queues. Lovely coastline to explore. We also visited the Illawara Fly and did the Zipline tour. What a lot of fun! and beautiful views and forest.

The hosts were so accommodating.
The hosts were so accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the studio was modern and clean including the bathroom and kitchen. The view from the deck was sensational. Walking distance to Kiama Coastal Walk. Good sized yard. The hosts were contactable and readily available for assistance. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Bernie and Joan for all your help! ;)

Kiama had a few beaches to go to.
Kiama had a few beaches to go to. There are a couple of rock pools that seemed very popular with the locals and tourists. The blowhole is always a big draw card to Kiama. The local fish market had school prawns which I haven’t been able to buy for quite awhile. If you like good coffee, you will not be disappointed. The Kiama Leagues Club was just down the road from our accommodation and our meal was very good. There is a very nice coastal walk with excellent views.

Kiama is a beautiful little town.
Kiama is a beautiful little town. The views are the draw card, around the harbour and the blowhole . It’s very walkable but hilly so be prepared. There is a bit of building going on improving facilities in town. A new shopping centre. The Salvos shop is awesome , large, clean and well spaced. The Vinnies shop is also a lovely place to browse.
The cafes and restaurants are numerous and staff lively and energetic.
Top tip; get off the main drag and see the side streets too, it’s very pretty.
About a 7 min walk to the main street, and about a 5 min walk to one of the beaches. It was across from one but there was a massive car park and footy oval you had to cross to get to the beach. The furniture has since been updated but the photos on booking.com haven't been so it's MUCH nicer then the pictures show. Great appliances top of the range stuff in the house. Pretty happy. Excellent outdoor area also. Abit pricey but worth it for luxury and convenience. Also fantastic aircon that gets the whole house and every room.
Looks to have been beautifully renovated recently, with very nice decor. All the mod cons you ever need, great shower and super comfy beds! Absolutely quiet accommodation, despite being on the main street opposite Woolworths. Only a block from the heart of Kiama, so once we parked up there was no need to move the car to get to the town centre. Also provided books and games for the family to enjoy.
The quiet location, and beautiful view of the Kiama lighhouse and sea, were an absolute highlight! Having a bottle of sparkling wine and cheese platter waiting for us on arrival was just delightful, and the accomodation provided eveything needed. Breakfast was especially generous. All of the small touches added up. Recommend to anyone needing a perfect city break! Thank you, Marilyn. Was a joy!
The seabreeze, the quiet street, the kitchen was well equipped for a tiny house. The decor was stylish and homely. The Tiny House was located (5mins) from the busyness of Kiama and was an easier 'base' for daily adventuring to beaches, snorkeling spots, mountains.
Rowena was a fantastic host, friendly, gave plenty of ideas for good eats and places to sightsee.
You get what you pay for, but these rooms were more than adequate and in a great location. Nightlife and food in the bar below was a great bonus!! Hotel needs to push the fact that it’s located above probably the liveliest bar in Kiama. Great food too!!
The property is modern and in a great location a few minutes walk from the town centre. The unit is very spacious. The view from the living area is spectacular looking across Black Beach. Great that parking for 2 cars is provided in the garage area.
Stunningly renovated historic building with lush green gardens in a convenient and beautiful part of Kiama. Easy walk to Main Street and ocean pool. The apartment was just beautiful and has everything you need. Very clean.
Location was a short walk to the beach, park and shops and a short drive to lookouts, cafes and central to Kiama centre and Shellharbour for restaurants etc. Also the family were all really friendly and helpful.
Location was excellent! Secure parking was excellent! Link between secure car parking and room was excellent. Ground floor cafe / coffee van was excellent! The NOVA KIAMA property presents well, we will return
Fantastic location, and amenities. Close to everthing in Kiama. Excellent views from our cabins. Everything we needed was provided. Our extended family commented many times what a great choice this was.
This was our 2nd time staying at Kiama Shores, so I guess that says everything, its central to everything, walking distance to shops, cafes etc, its lovely and clean and staff are friendly.
Great location as the cabins are on a beach, perfect for watching the sunrise over the sea and an easy walk around the headland to Kiama lighthouse, blowhole and town.
This is an attractive property set in spacious gardens not far from the centre of town. It is easy to get to yet far enough away to be very quiet and restful.
The location of the hotel is so central, it is next to the Kiama train station and close to shops, cafes and florist. Also walking distance to the beach.
