Featuring a restaurant, bar and free WiFi, Richmond Inn is located in Richmond, 39 km from Western Sydney Stadium and 47 km from ANZ Stadium.

We were very impressed with our room and the facilities which were spotless and very well appointed. The room was well designed. There was ample room for our luggage, the king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. We ate at the hotel on a few occasions and the food was great. The train station is across the road, there are good coffee shops within easy walking distance and Woolies is very close. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Recommended.

Windsor is a beautiful town, especially the main street with some lovely places to eat. French bakery to cafes to seafood and crepes and the oldest pub in Australia! Apart from this there isn't very much to do here but it's very close to other neighbouring towns such as Blacktown, Parramatta, Castle Hill etc. Overall, definitely not a holiday destination.

Pack lightweight luggage because you more than likely have stairs to negotiate. Take some ear plugs for the old a/c. There is no microwave, plates, bowls, spoons or a clock. The pillows are very thin with no spares in the room so take your own.

Very dirty, would never ever stay here again.

Very dirty, would never ever stay here again. There are no amounts of money you could pay me to ever return to this hotel. Booked for 3 nights, only stayed one and left due to the room being FULL of spiders!! I mean full!! And cockroaches in the beds.. the owner refused our money back and said if we didnt like it then we should leave so we did. And then hotel then proceeded to take 100$ out of my account as the key was left in the room and not handed back to them!! Even tho we left 2 days earlier!! Awful hotel and awful owners!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Been to Windsor many times over 30 years.

Been to Windsor many times over 30 years. It has always been a place I love seeing again. Was there for a wedding at The Crown Plaza this time so was limited to sightseeing. It is a short drive to many surrounding areas for day trips, shopping 'recreation

Hotel has not been upgraded since 1980.

Hotel has not been upgraded since 1980. Breakfast was not worth having and we went elsewhere in day 2. The brochures suggest suitable walking areas on large premises which is not entirely accurate. No movie channels for the highest charging room. Tea/coffee provisions for 1 night are not replenished and no minibar provisions. We went shopping at Woolworths to supply our own snacks and condiments for the second night and did not attempt breakfast on the second day.

    1) Room wasn't cleaned properly (lot of pictures as a proof) walked in to terrible smell. 2) Very dirty bathroom (shower glass not wipe/clean at all) 3) Shower curtain mouldy 4) Room wasn't vacuumed. 5) Blind does NOT close properly. Our room located downstairs, when we inside the room laying on bed we can see people walk pass the front room even the blind shut and they from outside can see us on bed CLEARLY. No privacy! 6) Door does NOT have any lock from inside. Security issue. Yes the door cant open from outside as it automatically lock if closed, BUT the motel own old door than can be open just simply using a piece of card or thick paper. Security issue ! Totally feel unsafe ! Very unsavoury guests outside throughout the night coming and going. 7) The quilt provided never washed or cleaned. dirty (white stain all over the quilt-pictures as a proof), and absolutely stinky smell like BO / sweat. 8) To be honest, the bed really old and need to change. I mean really OLD.. 1970 ? (have picture how bad the bed look like). Uncomfortable and super itchy. Cant sleep at all last night. Itchy so you can not stand it. The sheets were home washed not by a company and you can feel the chemical used to wash them. The room supplied two towels only that were so thin and frayed and holes in them. Bathmat made in 1980s stock. 9) Pillow only 2 provided and absolutely thin.. very poor condition and dirty. 10) Air conditioning just works but a bit noisy and blows the venetian blinds so of course everyone sees in.

Stunning property, very clean and well stocked. Size and amenities were perfect for our group's needs (group of 7). The spa, sports equipment and games were fabulous treats! Alannah & Angelo were amazing hosts, despite damage to their and surrounding properties due to floods in the weeks prior to our stay they were so helpful in keeping us updated on the conditions and our options. Only a 10 minute drive to Windsor shops and a few local restaurants (Italian, Thai, etc) offer delivery to the property.

The hotel's location is excellent for a few days stay in the Hawkesbury. Really appreciated the facilities, undercover parking and all the little extras but the best part for me was the quiet! I've stayed at other hotels in the Hawkesbury, this is the best by far.

Good location for our needs. Only a short drive to Windsor and Richmond. Great place for a couple, or even a larger family. Well presented house. Good facilities. Didn't get to use the fireplace. Exactly the type of accommodation we were looking for.
