Christina and Thorsten who run the hotel that has been in the family for more than a century, are pleasant and helpful and make you feel at home. The food is excellent and so is the location, close to many eateries and also the monastery. I would surely come back to Rossle if I’m ever in Alpirsbach again.
Free WiFi and a terrace are features of this family-run hotel. It is within 5 km of Alpirsbach’s sights, including the city’s brewery museum and Alpirsbach Monastary.

The breakfast feast was amazing. We also ate dinner there and it was delicious. The staff accommodated all of our requests. The room was comfortable and clean. We arrived during a snow storm at night so wish we could have seen the property more since the photos of it in the summer look amazing.

The host was particularly friendly and helpful. Very professional and service oriented.
Alpirsbach is a very nice old town. It has an old monastery and a functioning brewery that supplies a few brews to the area's restaurants, bar and food and beverage stores. It is located on the Kinzig river, a small natural waterway where many of the local restaurant get their fresh trout. It is as Black Forrest as it comes. I have been to the area many times and am enjoying every visit.
The hosts were wonderful - very friendly and offering help whenever I needed it or asking if I needed anything. Beautiful garden that my dog had free access to whenever he wanted. The facilities are perfect for a short break and the supermarket a 15 minute walk away. I didn't have use of a car while I was staying so found some lovely walks to get into Alpirsbach. There is a open-air swimming pool nearby.
I’m on a 20 day roadtrip around Europe and booked hotels for one night in each city I end up at night and this was hands down the best
Everyone was attentive and polite
The restaurant’s both dinner and breakfast were great
The parking is easy and specious
The room was super clean and nice
The area is beautiful
If I ever go back to that side of Germany I’d love to stay there again
The apartment is located in a very old house, which has been entirely and very well refurbished and beautifully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. The owners live opposite and can be reached when necessary; they are exceptionally friendly. The apartment is placed right in the centre of Alpirsbach and close to the town’s brewery and beer-tasting possibilities.
We were greeted by the owners and their sweet dog Anton, they gave us such a warm welcome and are helpfull and very, very friendly! The ferienwohnung has everything you need, very clean and with a nice garden and a beautiful view, From the house its a short walk to the forest and Alpirsbach have enough good restaurants. We definitely will return here. Yeah man!

The apartment was beautiful and centrally located in Alpirsbach. It had both a hot tub and a sauna, which was an absolute luxury. It is conveniently located near a number of good restaurants and has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook there. The staff who welcomed us were very friendly as well.
Great location in the center of Alpirsbach. The apartment had everything we needed with a well-equiped kitchenette, a table and sofa, a clean bathroom... Very calm surrounding, although it is very centrally located and the hosts were superfriendly. Perfect place to stay with a dog.
I was nervous after reading the reviews. however we found our room very clean and comfortable. yes things are “outdated” as some reviews said. keep in mind this is a hotel in a smaller town. it doesn’t affect the comfort or cleanness of the room. The view from the room was nice.
Spacious room and we had our own balcony which was great. Beautiful surroundings and great view of the town from the hotel. Easy to reach by car and free parking available at the hotel. This hotel has a great character and I would recommend it to anyone.
Breakfast was great - good selection and presentation. Hotel was very nice and we loved the balcony. Everyone we met was helpful and cheerful. Within walking distance of 3 grocery stores and a number of restaurants. The hotel's restaurant was awesome.
Alpirsbach doesn't have an Altstadt but does have the abbey, a couple of good supermarkets and a choice of restaurants. It's good starting point for walking/cycling the river Kinzig or travelling further afield in the Black Forest using the train.
Family hotel, cozy environment, very nice atmosphere. The owners were very kind. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and there was plenty of options for breakfast in the buffet. We recommend this place 100%

We received a warm welcome and the room was larger than expected. There was a nice balcony. It was very clean and the hotel is situated in a very quiet spot between mountains and meadows.
