We arrived late in the evening after dark, and were happy to be received by our host. We were impressed by the clean and well-organized accommodations and check-in process. We were happy that the host allowed for a late check-out. Apartment was comfortable. Was perfect for our short stay, easy come, easy go.

I stayed in Echterdingen because I needed an overnight room...
I stayed in Echterdingen because I needed an overnight room close to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised to find how attractive the town was, given that it's right under the airport flightpath (and you aren't aware of it) and virtually a suburb of Stuttgart. It retains its small-town feel with some attractive streets, lots of cobbles and half-timbered buildings, and a redoubtable medieval church with a tower you can see for miles around. The shops appear to be quite good, the choice of restaurants is outstanding, the streets are clean and the people are friendly. As I left on Saturday morning the traditional street market was just being set up.

There should be more restaurants for both vegetarians and non vegetarians I went to a near by shop on a sunday evening where they were selling rolls etc,What I did not like was they were using the same gloves that they were picking the meat from the containers to wrap up the rolls. to non vegetarians as well This put me off

Just what we needed as we had our e-bikes on the back. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice (hot and cold) and coffee choices were also good. Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean. Extra pillows in the room. At only 59€ for the room, it was excellent value for money. Just over the road was a shopping centre and plenty of places within walking distance to eat. Will definitely stay there again.DianeAustria

They ordered our taxi for the airport and offered us a cup of coffee when we checked out at 4:45 am and were waiting for the taxi. The downstairs had lots of games, which I could see as plus for families with young to teenage kids. Our room had a little kitchenette and refrigerator, which is nice and not always offered in European hotels.

The staff was very friendly both at check in and check out. The hotel has ample parking, its paid of course, but it works. We were staying here while on transit so weren't there for long. But all in all, it was a comfortable stop. Special regards to the hotel staff for providing us with a few free Croissants while leaving even though we did not opt for the breakfast.

It is a full fledged furnished studio apartment (seems rather new), with a kitchenette, fridge, crockery, cutlery, toaster... Lidl/Aldi supermarkets are within 5-7 minutes walking distance. Though it is near the airport it was very quiet, can only hear the chimes of a church bell at times. Had a wonderful stay!ArnabIndia

The bus station itself is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean, and the self check-in process was very smooth and efficient. The neighbourhood is also nice to walk through and there were several nice restaurants to choose from if you wanted to have dinner.
