Good location, just above Matrei in Osttirol, great views and unique access to the hotel - via funicular !!! Hotel is quite big but the way, it is located on the slope of the mountain, make You feel it's more familiar and rather like small mountain resort. Anyway it's comfortable and clean - in spite of the room we were given. Very good swimming pool and spa area: big pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Outdoor pool was close in the morning.

After paying in full for our room via Booking.com, when we arrived at the hotel it was closed. A person who was at the property simply said they were closed and pretty much sent us on our way.

It was a very family like feeling entering the house. You felt welcomed at the very first second you came in. I’ve been invited to the family’s living room and met almost all members and a couple of minutes later I’ve made some trampoline jumping with the auntie and the two daughters.
