Pune is a nice big city. People are friendly and helpful.
Pune is a nice big city. People are friendly and helpful. Restaurants for every taste are available throughout the city. You can shop till you drop at many of its shopping malls that carry most major brands. The weather is nice too and getting around the city is not hard at all. Plenty of options for day trips to nearby site seeing places. If I were to retire I would choose Pune as my # 1 place to retire.

Easy smaller city.
Easy smaller city. Easy to get around with basic Hindi or Google maps which you can input onto drivers phones. Uber and Ola apps work. Huge shopping malls with all world brands. eastern and western wear available. Cute little cafes that are like an oasis of eats meets west. search them out. Airport small and chaotic and nothing much past checkin. There is an Aeromall though which is decent to kill time or grab a bite to eat before you head into main airport. Flavourful foods.

It's a beautiful city with great culture and a fantastic mix of tradition and modern styles. The choice for leisurely activities is good and it is not very expensive too. There is something to suit everyone and for all budgets.

Great city because some neighborhoods still have lots of trees. New transit system looks great, have not yet tried it. Always I go to a splendid spa, Bellissimo. Always I shop at an amazing, huge, international market, Dorabjee's. Always I find an amazing spiritual ambiance at the sites related to the great saints Meher Baba, who was born and educated in Pune, and at the Dargah of Hazrat Babajan. There are so many great places to eat and drink one can always try something new and exciting or old and classic. I found the mind-boggling array of choices at Coriander Kitchen to be almost overwhelming. One of the world's greatest urban gems. Pro tip: If getting there by car, arrange to arrive at your destination at 4 AM, to miss the traffic, even if it means paying for another hotel night. The last 20 miles take as much time as the previous 200.
I had pre-booked this hotel for two days and wanted to extend for two more days as my stay was for four days in pune. But at the desk my local guest was refused entry to the room. After a long argument allowed only for half an hour.. So first intro was disappointing..
I had no option but to stay forcefully for two days as I already booked through bank card.
I left the hotel with bad taste Nd booked at the same price for Royal Orchid central with way more comfy and warm service without any IFS and BUTS..
So BEWARE GUYS...
I had a pleasant stay at Ketan Hotel thanks to Mr. Vaibhav. He literally saved me from getting stuck at the airport and made sure I have everything I need during my stay. The hotel itself is super nice, clean, cosy and warm. The room was spacious, bright, great view, sparkling clean, has all the items you will need for your stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast they have there in their beautiful backyard. The location is great and the area is one of the best in Pune. Very grateful for Mr. Vaibhav for all his help and kindness!
Loved the apartment- it is incredibly beautiful and available in a great area where things are pretty accessible (Popular bars, hotels, grocery stores, etc). Moreover, Rohan is an incredible host who'll help you out when you're in a fix no matter what & even the caretaker ensures that the rooms are clean and well-looked after. Overall an amazing place to stay.
(PS: The terrace is brilliant for evenings- the view is incredible)
Hyatt Pune is a wonderful hotel and it's the staff that make the hotel such a great place to stay. The hotel was 25 mins from the office but I liked the hotel being slightly further out and close to the airport.
Breakfast: Good variety of options and enjoyed the eggs station.
Spa - Great massage and used the Sauna and Steam room too
Overall Facilities - The hotel is well managed and good choice of restaurants and facilities.
My 2 day stay at jugglers pune gave me everything I was expecting out of my solo trip to pune. All the people working there were super friendly and hospitality was better than any 5 star Hotel. I had never seen toilets this clean in Pune, even in Hotels.. Jungle visapur fort Trek, 30 Story Zenga, Evening music, Stargazing etc. were most memorable moments. Special Thanks to Ali, Akshay, Umang and everyone who's working there.
This is the best option if you want to visit. Not overpriced like hotels its offering nice rooms, good breakfast and dinner and friendly and helpful staff. It’s my 3rd stay here and i can see this place is very well maintained . A trip to takes just . The reception will help you with guide and transport.
Location at the start of Main Street is perfect for my purpose in Pune. I have stayed here once before and plan to stay here again in August 2023.
Smiling staff, clean huge room. Easily available auto rickshaws outside the hotel. And plenty of places to eat Street food or restaurants. Spoilt for choice
Cozy rooms with necessary facilities. Value for money in Pune MG Road area. Though there were some issues with your booking (Since we are not Indians), staff were corteous enough to allow us to stay for the first 2 nights, afterwards we had to change hotels.
