What can I say! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hospitality, friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10. The place looks fabulous and is such a great distance from the city centre - 15/20 mins walk. The spa was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned and stocked up atleast 2x per day - which is amazing. The breakfast was fantastic, being a vegetarian I felt there was a good range.

They had many options in breakfast. Had pool and kids play area. We went with our 2 year old so not many option apart from playground (not cleaned) but if have kids above 5 years then you will find plenty things to keep them busy.
We had 2 issues(cold water and blocker) and they got resolved in no time which I found great!.

Facing the Tagus River and built on seven hills, charming Lisbon is one of the oldest cities in the world. It offers unique tram rides, intimate Fado performances, great dining venues and much more.
The city is famous for its districts: the Belém's famous monuments; the Alfama's labyrinthine streets, bars and small shops; and the trendy Alcântara's docks. Lisbon’s most popular nightlife and shopping venues are located in Bairro Alto, while the traditional heart of the city beats rhythmically in the Baixa.
Enjoy a walk in the greenery of Jardim Botânico, admire the architecture of the Jerónimos Monastery or explore Feira da Ladra flea market. The Chiado area serves the city's best traditional Portuguese food. No meal is complete without some famous pastéis de nata!

I was in Portugal to officiate at a wedding in Sintra.
I was in Portugal to officiate at a wedding in Sintra. Although I didn't see much of Lisboa, I was not really here as a tourist, but rather for work, a bit of vacation, and to scout out the country in order to retire there. I am 100% certain now that I want to settle in Portugal, and so I was not terribly focused on sightseeing, but rather just soaking up the vibe of the country and its people. The people in Portuguese were kind and friendly - and not just staff in the tourism industry.

April is a good time as it's not too hot and busy, but still warm and bustling to get out and have fun. Like any big city it has it's seedy sides and upmarket side. Plenty of history, culture and always something fun going on. Plenty to see and do, it would take years to see it all.

Lisbon is a place that needs 6 months, I think we just scratched the surface with our visit there. Just walking around Lisbon is like being in a real-time art gallery with all the graffiti and music artists. I love Lisbon and would have loved to stay longer, we did everything there is to do in the place, I enjoyed the Fado Music, the food, the locals the kindness, the transport system everything!

Lisbon has many historical sights, if that is of interest.
Lisbon has many historical sights, if that is of interest.
If you plan to walk everywhere you better be in shape, everything is either up or down. Cobbles everywhere and many, many stairs.
It seemed expensive to eat.
The monastery was well worth visiting even though it was a difficult climb. Take a tram. Find a guide. There was someone, offering to guide tourists through the city, up at the monastery. Seemed very knowledgeable.

We stayed 4 days in Lisbon and had a wonderful time.
We stayed 4 days in Lisbon and had a wonderful time. One day we did the hotel walking tour, another day we did a food/cultural tour through Viator which was fabulous. Another day we went to Sintra for the day and saw Amazing castles and our last day we took the speed train to Porto. I liked being able to base our day trips out of Lisbon and keep all of our stuff at one hotel.
The breakfast was out of this world amazing. We’ve traveled around Portugal for 2 weeks staying in many 5 star hotels and yet this was way better. So unique with every detail thought through. WiFi speed was hitting 155Mb download. Perfect to have meetings and work. Staff very professional and polite especially the gentleman that works in the evening. I like staying in different places to try something new but I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else when I come back to Lisbon and will highly recommend to everyone.
Probably the best hotel stay we have ever had. So pretty and plush. Fantastic value for what we paid. They went over and beyond expectations. The food was delicious every morning. And the older gentleman that was in charge of breakfast most mornings, such a great guy. The location in the middle of everything. So walkable and easy to get around. When we visit Lisbon again, we are sure to stay here. This is a Boutique hotel that is well worth it and delivers. Thank you for everything.
The hotel staff was one of the best that I have encountered while in Europe. The hotel offers a concierge, which was amazing with helping arrange tours throughout Lisbon. Our check in process was easy, the rooms clean and crisp. All amenities on the property were wonderful. Spa, bar, and the Italian restaurant. The staff also had great recommendations for restaurants that were around the city. I loved how centrally located the hotel was for shopping. Would stay here again.
One of the best hotels I visited in Europe.
Very friendly staff, the lady who greeted me late at night at my arrival gave me a quiet room just like I asked, with a view away from the main street.
Breakfast is very good and inclusive, from omelette with bacon to everything you could think of. Breakfast schedule is until 10:30 AM so great even if you are not a morning person.
A 10 minute car ride from the airport and 3 short metro stops away from the city centre.
Loved the location of this hotel. Could not beat how close it was to everything. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful when you take the time to appreciate the fixtures, the old staircase, the wooden floors and the photographs placed around the building. The beds were comfortable, the view was great and we had AC that worked very well. It was hot in Lisbon.
Hotel is nice and clean. It's modern..the indoor pool was very expensive to use it was €37 for two people and two swimming hats and it was freezing cold. Location is a bit outside of the main center but its very cheap to get a taxi. Good food is very hard to find in Lisbon. Unless you like seafood you are going to be hungry. Hard rock cafe was probably the best food we found. Lisbon is a nice place very clean and alot of nice buildings and monuments.
5 star in every way. I was having a hard time figuring out which hotel and neighborhood to stay in in Lisbon and this hotel checked all the boxes. First of all, it's literally a mansion. There are only 6 rooms so you feel like you are at a friend's mansion. The breakfast was included and amazing. you can eat on patio or in your room. Its such an amazing hotel and staff, it was hard to leave.
We liked everything about this hotel. The staff made us feel so welcome.
The welcome drink and the bottle of wine with dinner was such a nice touch. And the 4 pastis with a bit of liquor- WOW!!
Everyone was so lovely and the food in the restaurant was outstanding! Breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip.
This is our hotel of choice in Lisbon!!!❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful and immaculate property; perfect location; lovely, helpful, and informative staff made our time in Lisbon terrific. If you want the best of a hotel but the convenience of an Air B&B, this it, we had a loft room so our family was together, and it had a kitchen with supplied food and a sitting area so breakfast was always on our terms.
Beautiful design & decor. One of the best bars architecturally speaking. Rocco, a 5 star restaurant on the premises & wonderful full breakfast in the morning. Valet parking was a plus. Centrally located to good restaurants, shopping & sights within walking distance. This hotel is stunning in an elegant, whimsical 'British Khaki' sort of way.
Super nice and helpful team. Changed my room as I asked and I was allowed to checkout later what was very convenient.
As I know, breakfast is not often option in Lisbon’s hotels. In Hotel Capital breakfast was rich enough 👍
And the best is location! 30 minutes away from the Airport (by bus or metro) and city center (by foot).
Location is just amazing right next to the Arch of Lisbon. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was new and great. The heating was excellent. Breakfast was provided at a nearby 5 start hotel of the same group and was really worth the 2 minute walk to get there. Probably was the best breakfast we had in Lisbon.
Near airport but really not very central to popular parts of Lisbon and not many restaurant options near by. Train station is less than 10 mins away. Pool is lovely and warm - but you have to wear swim hats (wish I had known this before) and therefore we had to purchase some from the hotel €10 per person.
Amazing from start to finish! The staff were so friendly, so helpful and it was like a 5 star experience. Everything from the room, to the pool to the hotel restaurant was fantastic. We ate three times in the restaurant during our three night stay because the carbonara was the best we had tasted.
We most appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We chose the hotel based on its proximity to the airport and we appreciated the secure parking in the parking garage. The food and service in their restaurant were among the BEST that we experienced in Portugal.
Excellent location. Staff was exceptional and so helpful. Best hotel I’ve stayed in Portugal. Beds were comfortable and small details like cold water in the fridge made the stay comfortable. Daily cleaning which is not the norm anymore - very appreciative of this luxury
Fantastic luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the breakfast was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. The hotel is not in the center of Lisbon but there’s public transportation that’s very easy to use right nearby so this was not a big deal.
This is the best place to stay while we were in Lisbon..Bruno really give us a great room with a great view from our room..
Definitely..this hotel will be our place when we come back to Lisbon
Location 10/10
Interrior 10/10
Best hotel option nearby Lisbon airport. Room was big, clean and well maintained and with parking in front of the hotel Very good service from the staff.
