I like the way they cancelled my booking without informing me, and I have to look for an alternative myself at 11pm. The staffs told me there are a lot of hotels nearby. So I can simply go the other. They will cancel all the bookings from booking.com if u check in late and when they overselling their room. Think twice if you are planning to book this place.
