I like the beddings, it is soft and comfortable to use. I have a sound sleep during my stay as well as my sister and his 7 year old child. I am happy that meals ordered in their restaurant can be delivered in the room. The taste of foods are very pinoy and I like it. I like the available hot and cold water in taking a bath early in the morning. I also like the available hot and cold water at the cafeteria 24 hours. Anytime of the day and night, check-in guests can get drinking water in case they feel the urge to drink water. I also like the aircon that I can manage room temperature that best fit for us inside the room. Hotel staff are very accommodating and you will feel at home talking with them.

I like the self-check-in, especially since I arrived quite late already. The host's instruction is very easy to understand There was no physical contact but the host is very accommodating and sweet. The room is spacious, comfortable bed. They have cable channels. The property is very near, (5-minute) walk to SM City Lucena.

The neighborhood is very cozy and nice.
The owners Miko and Christine are really friendly people with a big heart. Their daughter Khloe is a wonderful little angel. All three of them made me feel at home.
I enjoyed it here because the room is upstairs with 3 windows and a nice view over the neighborhood.
The room is very clean and pretty big with an extra sitting area with a sofa and a desk to do some work.
The sink has a plug so it's great for doing the hand wash and there is a clothesline just outside the room. Downstairs is a small shop and canteen with simple food. A great place to soak up the local atmosphere. A shopping mall is a 10 minutes walk away and 7/11 is just a 5 minutes walk away.
Overall the apartment is of real good value.

Near Manila and good destination to try out local delicacies unique to the place. Try their longganisa, pancit habhab, and kakanins which you can buy just along the highway. Its a good jump-off point for checking out other attractions in Quezon province.
