The hotel may be feeling its age a bit, but this was more than made up for by the helpful, kind and positive staff! I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and when I pointed out that a light switch in my room wasn't working, it was fixed in about fifteen minutes - problem solved! Other than that, the location was great when coming from the train station, and my room had everything I needed for a short stay. Will happily return here if I ever find myself in Malmö again.

Room was very comfortable and easy to get to via internal lifts or stairs. Location near the train station and other amenities also very helpful. Breakfast in the lovely restaurant was fantastic, lots of excellent fish options as well as the more usual continental. Bishop's arms also very pleasant and good range craft beer. They were also able to check us in an hour early which was super helpful.

Nice, new hotel in the Hyllie area in Malmö close to the Malmö Arena and Hyllie Station. Shopping, Malmö Leap, restaurants near by. Clean small rooms. Nice view from upper floors. Helpful staff! Breakfast (which was very good) was served in a part of the arena (probably vip area) with a view into the inner part of the arena - I liked that very much. Would certainly book again.

The location is wonderful! Central and quiet too.
Breakfast was generous with plenty of options
The hotel is ok. It is not an upmarket hotel, but it is ok. This is my first stay here. I have stayed previously in the other BW in Malmo: it had some depressing rooms as well as absolutely beautiful ones with the view over the canal. It is possible that we had one of the worse rooms in this one. I did not check the others!
Soft toys are a nice touch, but unnecessary.

The Staff are wonderful. Professional and helpful.
Lovely, walkable center. Plenty of different dining options, mostly on the pricier side. Unexpected downside, too many immature individuals in super-noisy vehicles. Something I thought would not be a case here.

We visited in Spring time and the city looked beautiful. Clean air, blue skies, beautiful flowers, blossoming trees and clean waterways. City is generally very clean and public transport is easy and pleasant to use. So many excellent restaurants, we didn't have a single bad meal. Neighbourhoods felt safe too. We struggled to find any proper nightlife, but there are plenty of bars, cafes and squares to hang out in.

Great modern city of around 300,000 people, integrating new with the historic older squares, buildings and port infrastructure. New accommodation facilities being built on the harbour shore areas. Easy to cycle, walk and catch buses and trains! Very friendly people!

I really liked my first time in Sweden.
I really liked my first time in Sweden. The people seem very friendly, there is a lot to see, and I was lucky to have amazing weather during the entire trip.
Malmö is quite big, so while you can walk everything, it may be more comfortable to get a day pass for the public transport. I walked on average 20 km each day, which may have been less if I had made a concrete plan on which route to go, but I tend to go with the flow - and there's a lot of flow in Malmö.
The Disgusting Food Museum was fun, if you're into some out of the ordinary things to do, but there are also plenty of other museums, churches, and things to see in every street.
The city is a little bit dirty, but not outrageously so, and it's quite fresh as it is located directly next to the see. The beach is nice too, there's a beach for dogs, and space to swim.
I also spent one day in Lund, which is really easy to reach and an extremely nice University town with some great churches and architecture. I thought I could do this in a few hours, but I could have spent the entire day there.
I feel like I could come back for another week and still discover more things in both places, so I will definitely be returning.

Malmo is one of the greatest cities I ever visited.
Malmo is one of the greatest cities I ever visited. Firstly, the surroundings are very nice. The city has a beach, many parks, much of restaurants, museums, activity friendly places. Secondly, everyone is really nice and relaxed and the overall vibe is home-like. I would totally recommend to anyone who wants a short or even long city break.

An interesting city and the 'Cathedral' - St Petri - is a stunning building with what is said to be the largest organ in Scandinavia. Certainly well worth a visit. The various squares with restaurants are cosy and fun. The live music bar (Irish themed) called Fagan's was fun and full of atmosphere. The 'Folk & Rock' bar/live music house in the Lilla Torg square was full of memorabilia and whilst we didn't see the band playing there that night, we went for a coffee after church the following day.
We wanted to visit so much more, but sadly we didn't have the time.
The hotel was perfect for our stay in Malmo The new building has quality materials, fixtures and design that make the whole experience refreshing. Our room was perfect, it had a small kitchen that was quite handy, the bed was comfortable and we especially liked the bathroom. The orangery is a nice place to have a small breakfast and you only have a 20 min walk to the city centre which you can do through beautiful parks or you can go to the bus station 2 min away and take the bus to the central train station.
This hotel was just lovely. The staff was super accommodating and made our stay very special as we were traveling to celebrate an anniversary. The location is extremely convenient for visiting either Malmo or Copenhagen, and it is nice and quiet yet within walking distance to great restaurants and shops and transit, as well as the local sightseeing locations. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight - extensive and delicious. I would 100% stay here the next time we get a chance to visit Sweden!
The staff was wonderful and great. Very attentive and helpful during our stay. They tried their best to alleviate our complaints about the room and helped us find some fans. The hotel breakfast was really good value for money. Although it was the same breakfast items each day, the variety of the food and items that you could select was beyond our expectations.
The hotel is close to the Malmö train station and a lot of great restaurants.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the harbour of Malmö and can be reached very quickly from the train station. We had a wonderful view from the 12th floor over the whole of Malmö and parts of the harbour. Sensational. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the 14th floor of the hotel and has everything you could wish for. We had a great time in Malmö and will be back.
Having never been to Sweden before, I'd no idea what to expect for breakfast, but it was really great. Lots of great options, food wise. They offer coffee service 24/7 and the kitchen is very large with lots of area to prep and cook. Reminds me of other organized hostels/hotels that I've stayed in. Very excellent for the 2 days that I was there.
This hotel offered excellent value for money. The front desk staff was stellar and gave us some amazing recommendations. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom functional, and the overall hotel was nice. The parking garage across the street with direct hotel access was also very convenient. Would definitely stay here when in Malmo!
Hotel is ok value for money, good location, parking, ticks all boxes, but breakfast is so surprisingly good that it is worth staying there only because of that. Great variety, all prepared excellent, nothing is ever missing, bread is superb... 3 star hotel and 5 star breakfast.
I really liked the friendly hotel staff and the precautions the hotel took in regards to covid. Hand sanitizer was never out of reach. Also the the hotel location in Gamla Väster made it convenient to get to the places that I wanted to go like Malmö concert house and Malmöhus.
The room was clean and fresh. Perfect location, we travelled with train to Malmö and only needed to walk 300-400 m to the hotel and everything we had planed in Malmö was in walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic, tasted really good and with allot of choices.
Fabulous hotel in Sweden, but close to the boarder to visit Denmark.
Lovely staff.
Amazing breakfast with plenty of choice.
The comfiest beds I've ever had in a hotel! Warm and cosy bedding.
Easy bus stop outside the hotel and close to shops/food and drink.
Great location, park and beach nearby and great view of the bridge. The park set up is alright too, I liked the picknick table in front of the cabin and it's an excellent spot for a short stay while taking a trip through Sweden.
Location short walking distance from Malmo old Town, size of room ( very spacious), very helpful and nice staff, calm and no noises heard during our stay, hotel clean in general.
