I really enjoyed my stay here in the single room. It was an extremely comfy bed. Facilities were incredible and I loved the selection of snacks and drinks provided! The breakfast was delicious (even made me a special vegan breakfast!) and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Particularly shout out to the lovely lady servicing the rooms as she was very friendly and made sure I was topped up with hot drinks! The soap products provided for use were high quality and instructions for using shower clear.

Been visiting Aberaeron for over 40 years , beautiful seaside town , very friendly , excellent hotels / b&b / pubs etc. Spotlessly clean , peaceful lots to do in the area. Newquay not far away if you want somewhere busier but the tranquility is what gives Aberaeron its charm much busier in the summer especially carnival week . A little gem of a place

Aberaeron is a gorgeous Georgian seaside town in West Wales.
Aberaeron is a gorgeous Georgian seaside town in West Wales. It has great places to eat and great little shops to wander around. Two fabulous cafes for great coffee and food are Naturally Scrumptious and McCowans. Aberaeron has a fantastic book shop called 'Gwisgo' that sells both new and used books together with a wonderful selection of greeting cards. The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly and will help you pick out the perfect book for your reading needs! If you are knitter - Rosemary's Wool Shop is a great place to pick up a yarn project and get some expert advice and tips on any fiber arts related question.
Aberaeron is on the Wales Coastal path and is a great place to start, finish or stop off for food on one's journey along the coastline of Wales.

Aberaeron is a beautiful Georgian coastal town in West Wales. It is easy to walk around town and there are some great little shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Naturally Scrumptious is a great place for coffee and pastries and Watson & Pratts is a wonderful organic food store. There is a beautiful walk from Aberaeron to Llanerchaeron - a National Trust property that is open to the public.
You can also access The Wales Coast Path form Aberaeron which is a 870 mile trail that follows the coastline of Wales.

I've loved Aberaeron since a child and I still love the mix of the old traditional colourful buildings and (now) the 21st Century bars & dining.
A great place if you like boats and harbours, with the most amazing views!
The Ceredigion Coastal Path goes through Aberaeron and there are some stunning views on the path in the direction of New Quay.
A good place to chill out with a good view, and maybe a good book. Lots of benches. Quiet. There is also a river walk (with benches).
The Ice Cream at 'The Hive' is the best I've ever tasted!
Amazing sunsets over the sea (in good weather).
Maybe not the place for young people wanting a lot of night life, but perfect for us not so young who want to relax.

Dave and Kerry were the perfect combination of sweet and professional. They have a quiet and clean B&B just outside the quaint seaside town of Aberaeron and really are the quintessential Mom and Pop shop. Kerry makes a splendid breakfast in the morning and also
called around town to make dinner reservations for me. And Dave drove us to dinner and back just so I didn’t have to drive myself. It was quite a perfect place to stay.
It was perfect! We stayed in the beautifully presented cottage. The cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 with large ensuites). It had everything, from very comfortable beds, board games, parking space to luxurious bathroom accessories. The cottage was located next to the harbour and had a lovely view overlooking the harbour. Luckily, we had the weather and time to relax by sitting outside the cottage to appreciate those views.
the location was perfect… walk beach/ harbour/ restaurants
great restaurants
room decor impeccable
coffee machine in room
smart TV
very comfortable queen size bed
wonderful choice of breakfast
lovely gentleman that greeted us on
we have been travelling for many weeks and this has been the most loveliest accommodation
A little peace of heaven. Peaceful beautiful views, loved every minute of it. You are still close to New Quay , Aberaeron, but feel like you are in a quiet calming location. Outside seating area for meals was fantastic, we had a great evening with family and with other guests. Highly recommended . Thank you.
The Hive Townhouse is a little gem. It sits in the perfect location for the harbour, coastal path and the town of Aberaeron. Gorgeous well equipped bedrooms and lovely breakfasts. The honey ice cream is a must have. Would recommend the Hive Townhouse to family and friends. Overall a wonderful stay.
The staff are so lovely at the hotel, everything is a joy from the moment you arrive to sadly handing the keys back. Everything small detail has been thought of, which makes for just one problem ......it spoils you for wherever you next stay because they are a hard act to follow.
The room was lovely, the location was great only a short walk to town and the staff were really friendly, they also did an amazing breakfast. This is a great place to stay for a quiet getaway and tranquil countryside experience on the west coast of Wales with beautiful views.
Great location, ideally situated to visit Aberaeron, New Quay and beyond. great sea views form both ends of the caravan deck. caravan was very clean, Tassimo coffee machine available too. Good reliable wifi. Good Communication from Host, Definitely planning to use it again.
Beautiful house and exceptionally clean throughout. Great location for visiting Ceredigion, and short walk to Aberaeron harbour. Very comfy bed and luxurious bed linen, and lovely shower and bathroom facilities. Great breakfast, all freshly prepared.
100% recommend! A great house, very comfortable, clean, comfy beds and plenty of space to relax! The VIEW IS OUTSTANDING from every room! Walkable to main st Aberaeron for shopping, restaurants and the water front!
Location, cleanliness, staff service was superb. My room although a single was lovely and had a beautiful view of the harbour. Staff were attentive and friendly and the food was 5 star. I cannot wait to go back.
I just like the easiness for the check-in and the location. It's remote but 2 minutes to the main road to Aberaeron, lovely walks to discover. The cottage is very cosy and has everything that's needed.
Great communication with Jo, the host. The property is perfect, very spacious, and within a short walking distance to Aberaeron's restaurants, cafe's pubs and shops!
We thoroughly recommend it!
Lovely spot with a gorgeous view of the sea. Great location near Aberaeron, which is such a cute little town! Best shower we had in Wales! Also wonderful wifi & TV set up!
