Great family hotel- My children are alway very comfortable staying here. The staff are always friendly and accomadating. I love that there the baths are Large. The Microvave provision, 24hr food, pool/sauna, Starbucks cafe are a nice touch.

We were at a three day conference at the NEC. We really liked the short trip by public bus there and that the bus stop was just across the road from the hotel. We left our car in the hotel car park.
The man working in the hotel was helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast was of great quality and had a broad selection of options. Everything I tried was delicious!
Location couldn't be better for local events or the NEC, everything is a 5 minute walk almost.
Bar had a modest selection and our room was cosy with the aircon.

The exact nature of bathroom accessibility should be clear - e.g. whether space for a wheelchair for transfer to shower seat and WC; Position of grab rails and drop-down handrails.

I booked this hotel because my sister uses a wheelchair and we were visiting crufts at the NEC therefore we wanted to be as close to it as possible. when they built the hotel they had no consideration for people in wheelchairs making the journey from the hotel to the nearby beautiful lake and on around to the NEC center.johnUnited Kingdom - 4.0Scored 4.0
Whilst i believe the hotel is being renovated, the carpets...
Whilst i believe the hotel is being renovated, the carpets in the bedroom were filthy. Looked like workmen had been in there with their dirty boots. Breakfast was terrible, Did not have no choice, we were asked what we wanted. When it arrived the sausage and bacon were under cooked. Would not stay here again.

Booking.com confirmed this was OK with the Hotel When we got to Genting Hotel they said we could only park there for 1 night. We booked the hotel as it offered parking and close to Airport.
