Bushmills is a lovely village. We stayed at The Causeway Hotel, enjoying the stunning scenery and walks. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering required facilities. Staff were friendly. Saturday night entertainment was 1st class. Food in both The Causeway Hotel and Tartine was delicious.

Great base for exploring around Causeway coast , Belfast and Derry/Londonderry etc . Several coffee shops , couple of small supermarkets and fish and chip shops etc . People were all friendly . Weather was pretty bad when we were there but we still had a great time visiting different beaches,Giants causeway, Loved Ballintoy harbour area, mussenden temple and Glenariff waterfalls. If you go to Belfast titanic quarter visit ‘ the dock ‘ community cafe , amazing place .

Conveniently located near the Giants Causeway and the Carrick-a-rede bridge. Not many restaurants to choose from and most close early. If you can't find an open restaurant get the pizza from North Coast Pizza. We also had a good meal at the Bushmills Inn. The distillery tours seem to book up 4-6 months in advance but a tasting in their bar is just as good. Get the hot toddy!

The place is closely connected to all attractions in that area ,- bushmill whiskey, giants causeway, we walked by the railway track which leads to golf course and ultimate giants causeway so if you do not have a vehicle you can just walk to giants causeway through the railway track , however for the visitors convenience it's not very updated. Restaurants closes very early , so you need to be prepared for dinner to be arranged on your own , unless you are staying in a hotel where they have a restaurant which caters all three meals.
Bus stops has no shed so if it's raining you get drench if you are not carrying umbrella or raincoat.
We ate at Lily's , it was great but it was crowded so we had to leave our table for other guests and be out in the rain.
So better carry umbrella or raincoat is a must.

Bushmills is a small town with a Main Street with a couple of bars, cafes and shops. The Gallery is of interest, if you are interested in Irish art and the distillery is well worth a visit. Parking is free in the car park opposite The Bushmills Inn and Hotel. Meals tend to be expensive.
Location in Bushmills was very central to lots of attractions (Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Reed, Luce Castle) and in walking distance to the distillery. Owner was so lovely, he chatted to us every morning and gave advice on where to go and how to get there, as a result we caught the train to Derry on his advice and had a brilliant day! Breakfast was excellent, cooked fresh each morning. Coffee maker in lounge which could be used at any time was a bonus.
Recently changed names from the Smugglers to Greys hotel. Public space s and rooms totally renovated. Beautiful upscale Devore along with staff that goes above and beyond for their guest makes this THE place to stay in the area. Dining room and kitchen also redone and food is incredible prepared. Two previous stays here before these renovations and these changes make the perfect location and beautiful scenery even better than before!
This property is fantastic we stayed over Easter for a few nights well equipped home from home everything you need . Bushmills and the surrounding areas are just beautiful. a big bonus about this property is the bus stop directly across the road helped us out a lot as we had car trouble during our stay . The coastal route is just breathtaking.
Thanks to Simon for making our stay everything we needed . We hope to return
We received a very warm welcome from Gail. The room was in a superb condition. Everything was clean and comfy. The view from the terrace was awesome. The breakfast was very good. Gail was very courteous especially with booking a cab for us which is on some days not that easy. All recommended sights(Giants Causeway , Bushmills Distillery, Dark Hedges) are not far away from "Rest a while".
Every hostel should be like this . Lovely staff , great communal areas . Huge dining room , lounge with tv . Kitchen with free communal food. Great location on bushmills high street. Bus stop to giants causeway and Coleraine right outside the front door. Comfy bed and plenty of storage space. Close to all the pubs and shops as well. All very clean.
We had a fabulous overnight stay at the Bushmills hotel. Our only regret is not staying longer. We were upgraded to a lovely, spacious suite with a Garden view (room 205). The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was superb for both dinner and breakfast. A must-stay during your trip to Giants Causeway and Northern Ireland!
what a charming hotel and so convenient for what we were doing there at the Giant's Causeway. What views! Service was excellent, food was good. And so great to have a space in their parking lot! It was funny to use a real key to get in and out of the room. Staff was so nice and looked after us.
Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The host Melissa was amazingly helpful, and hospitable. The best mattress and pillows that I have ever had outside of my house. It was the best possible introduction on our first night to Northern Ireland!
Lovely old tavern in a quiet little village. The host Michaela is a warm and funny person who cooks up a mean breakfast. Nice an close to the major attractions in the area and a great little bar an an evening chat with the locals. Highly recommended
Perfect location in the center of town, clean comfortable rooms, and the family that owns it, and takes care of it, are absolutely the most lovely people I’ve come across in all of Ireland! 5 stars all around!
Convenient location for Bushmills Distillery and Giants Causeway. We got the bus there and walked back on the trail that runs alongside the railway which was very scenic.
The owners were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is ideally situated for exploring the north of Ireland and sights. The gardens were beautiful.
This is an excellent location for a visit to Bushmills Distillery and The Giants Causeway. You can walk to the Causeway and a 5 min bus ride to Bushmills
