This is the second time we have stayed here. Lovely location with beautiful views . Rooms clean and spacious with a modern clean bathroom. We had a room at the front with an amazing view. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was lovely-the chicken burger with halloumi was delicious. The staff on reception were very friendly.
Our room( 11) was a bit cold-despite the radiator- but my friend's room was fine so maybe just a one off issue.
We will definitely return and think the hotel is reasonably priced.

Pauline and Mal were lovely, very welcoming (and the dogs) . The room is very spacious and clean, 3 windows with fabulous views.
The breakfast was brilliant, we had full English for 3 days and it was filling and delicious and well cooked.
Breakfast in the conservatory watching pheasants and a woodpecker while eating and chatting.
Pauline and Mal very willing to assist with anything to make your stay enjoyable.
Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

Beautiful cottage with everything you’d like for a short break. Stunning views, nice location and a cosy place to stay. Also the enclosed garden is ideal for the dog.
A lovely part of the Island. One of the nicest beaches with lots of amenities. The town has pubs, shops and a chippy. The beach has plenty of parking with a secondary parking area and the other end of the beach. There is a cafe and toilet in the main parking area. There is also a lovely arts and craft shop that also has a pre loved section.
Most areas of the Island are less than 30 minutes away.

On arrival it looked shabby and run down.
On arrival it looked shabby and run down. When we entered the building it was just as bad, lots of maintenance attention required desperately. The place was friendly enough but not very clean. The room was poor and in need of update. Only two plug sockets in the room and not hear the bed. The furniture was mis-matched and in a sorry state. The bathroom was OK but the floor was dirty and the sink light didn't work.
Our evening meal was lovely but same couldn't be said about breakfast. That was all cold, so didn't eat that and the order was wrong! The juice was served in a dirty glass and the tables hadn't been cleaned down from previous guest. We only had one night there but downstairs was noisy and someone decided to play knock a door run which was annoying when you're trying to sleep before a long journey the next day. All in all, I don't think we will be staying there again. It needs desperate investment.

We spent 2 nights there.
We spent 2 nights there. The bay was unattractive, the Hotel we stayed in was poor and the pub we visited was unpleasant and not offering a food option. The entire area looks run down and dilapidated. Not recommended.

There is a lovely little harbour with a couple of pubs and shops and a heritage centre just a short stroll through the field in front of the hotel, and within 5 minutes you’re there. There is a coastal path which is stunning, and in May the wild flowers are spectacular.

Lovely bay with small town, situated on the stunning Anglesey Coastal Path. Town has limited and low standard food shops, but Amlwch 15 mins away, has excellent shops, superb family butcher, good size Co-op and smaller Spar. We did not eat at local pubs or restaurants in Cemaes, but they get reasonable reviews. The protected, usually calm, bay has some sandy beach, some pebbles and enough rocks for rock pools. Sea swimmers go out most days. Small boats launch in better weather.
The staff, the bar, the inlcusive breakfast, were all great - the room was fair - and the price reasonable - this and the great views from the rooms facing the bay means I will visit again.
Harbour Hotel Bar & Bistro is really dog friendly - which will be attractive to some - but maybe not for others.
Occupancy appeared to be good when we stayed - so hopefully the increased revenue from more visitors will help the owners to effect improvements whilst retaining an authentic hotel / community bar.
A friendly hotel. Good location very close to lovely little beach and quaint village main street. Well placed to explore the island with adequate car parking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beds comfortable and towels fresh and new. Shower gel provided and one set of mini toiletries which was adequate.Balcony a nice touch.which provided a view of little harbour. We expected the basics for the price so we were happy to relax and sleep well after a day exploring.
A lovely hotel with stunning views. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a view of the car park and fields beyoned. However we did have access to the residents balcony which had stunning views over looking Cemaes bay.
Food was excellent we ate in the restaurant one evening, and a great choice of breakfast each morning. Overall a really relaxing stay.
Breakfast was brilliant, eggs, milk, bread and all different cereals, location was also brilliant close Cemaes bay, lovely walks and beautiful beaches, nothing to fault. Take me to Anglesey any day, even in the winter. Beats waiting in queues at the airports, and getting your luggage lost. If everyone stopped going abroad and supported the travel industry in the U.K. the world would be a better place for everyone!!!!!
The hotel is beautiful and the decor and rooms are finished to a very high standard - absolutely lovely. The restaurant is very good (roast beef on Sunday superb!) and the location is just so good with wonderful views over Cemaes Bay which is a few minutes walk across the gardens. The bay is delightful to walk round and the beach very safe.
We had 5 nights here and really wished it had been longer!
Beautiful setting. Relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Food a pleasant surprise lots of fresh fish dishes as well as meat chicken & steak, even lobster as a special one night.
What makes this hotel so special is the staff everyone really friendly & helpful will definitely go back. Plenty of free parking in the grounds & the beach harbour & small village are literally a 5 min walk away.
The apt is spacious, very clean and well equipped. I like that we have the convenience of an apt but we also have access to hotel amenities such as restaurant and breakfast room as the apt is attached to the hotel. The food is great and staffs are wonderful. The location has great view and access to beautiful quite beach and trails
The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have alternatives, such as muesli and specialist breads.
We didn't have lunch but thoroughly enjoyed dinner on both occasions. We were generally pleased with our room
and the hotel, The staff were always polite, helpful and efficient.
Set in a quiet location, a short walk into Cemaes Bay - this was a perfect place for us to stay. The Annex was cosy and comfortable with breakfast items provided for our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again. The small garden area was great to have a morning coffee.
Fab hotel in excellent location. Great food in restaurant. A shared balcony on the first floor to enjoy the lovely view of Ceames Bay. The receptionist was perfect in every way and a real credit to the hotel!
We can't wait to come back....
Hotel receptionist very welcoming, helpful and polite. Staff work hard, rooms cleaned daily, outside area also lovely and clean. 5 minute direct walk to the beach which was also good access to the village.
The hotel is in a fabulous location. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is spotless!!The food was superb. We had a wonderful break and would love to return.
Everything. Cemaes Bay is really beautiful. Staying at Castellor was superb. Rob and Claire have got a fabulous b&b. Charming hosts and breakfasts were delicious.
