Excellent food for dinner and breakfast and very well stocked bar. The room was well equipped and comfy although rather small. The bathroom was very nice with lovely fluffy towels and lots of hot water.

Very clean with easy access. Food is excellent, my wife had the sirloin steak, whilst I had the batterd cod, both meals were great and the breakfast did not disappoint also. A great stopover location with close access to M6 or for visiting central Lancashire.

Due to a last minute booking when we arrived our room was not ready however staff gave us a upgraded room instead which was brilliant
