It had great facilities. Pool table and arcade were great.

Hoylake is a charming town with a rich history and plenty of attractions to keep visitors entertained. Its coastal location make it a great destination for a weekend getaway or longer stay.
Hoylake also has a number of other attractions, such as Hoylake Beach, a popular spot for beachgoers and birdwatchers alike, and the Hoylake Lifeboat Museum.

I expected a "budget" hotel for the price I paid for a room for 4 people. However this hotel far exceeeded my expectations and is probably the nicest one I have stayed in! Lovely cooked breakfast buffet with a range of delicious foods and fresh juices. The coffee machine was amazing too!
My bed was absolute heaven-beautiful crisp laundered quality linen and so comfy! Everything at this hotel was top notch and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
The only slight dissaapointment was the free Wifi (I couldn't access it) and also the charge for parking in the carpark on the premises.

Hoylake is lovely. I know it well as my mother lives there.
Hoylake is lovely. I know it well as my mother lives there. We were going to a family gathering (first in a year due to covid). We decided to stay in the Holiday Inn so that My mother didnt have to sort out too many beds. What a mistake! The room had no power and we had paid for breakfast but there wasnt any! There was an area to get breakfast but everything was gone! Only 8.30am! Not even boiling water for cup of tea or milk! No bacon or sausages even though they had hot plates where they were supposed to be. We complained and a man brought out a bacon sandwich in tin foil which was raw! They were supposed to fixe the power whilst we had no breakfast!!! Went back to the room to have a shower and was plunged into darkness whilst stepping out of the shower and hurt my arm - not bad just a bruise but that really isnt the point! We have called the hotel every day for a week and the manager doesnt ring us back and although they said they wouldnt charge my card for the terrible stay we had had they have charged my card !! Most importantly, the area where there was supposed to be breakfast was full of people in a small space - absolutely no social distancing and nobody checking this.

Absolutely beautiful beach - we walked for miles out to the sea and collected shells and watched the flocks of oyster catchers and waders. Hoylake village a delight with a range of independent shops and cafes

Hoylake offers a very pleasant coastal location with good facilities nearby. It has good rail connections with Liverpool
The town has a reasonable range of shops and cafes and is close to a major golf course, the Royal Liverpool, and West Kirby with its marine lake and sailing club.
The house was really well stocked of basics and really had a 'home from home' vibe.
Beds were comfy and although the rooms were small, they were fine for a good night's sleep!
We thought parking might be an issue from looking at Google maps but we were never more than 15m away from the house.
Hoylake was a handy town for the Wirral with lots of restaurants, shops and transport links.
The property is in a quiet location, easily accessible and a short walk from Hoylake station which gives frequent access to Liverpool etc.
It has every facility required for a self catering break and was perfect for my needs.
Hoylake and West Kirby have wonderfully long, flat promenades and are within easy reach of the property.
Friendly, welcoming owners. Made to feel at home from the get-go.
Very comfortable bed and nice size bedroom with fabulous view of the golf course and beyond. Also Hoylake town only 10 min walk ...lots of restaurants, pubs and takeaways to choose from.
It was very clean and thoughtfully fitted out, including the kitchen. My Grandson and I were visiting family and friends around the Wirral, with side trips to Liverpool and Chester. It was ideal self catering accommodation for us .
Everything was in the house that you could possibly need. Perfect for a few days stay. Location was great as it was central but not too noisy. Ideal for when I'm visiting family in Hoylake. Would definitely stay again.
Great location, clean, comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Made the trip much nicer to have a good hotel to retreat to. Will always stay here when visiting family from now on.
fantastic property, large, spacious and located in beautiful hoylake. beautiful beach within 5 mins. train station 2 minutes away for ready travel to Liverpool city centre.
Had a balcony in our room with a lovely seating area which was fantastic for the dogs !
Beach was literally a 4 minute walk
Would definitely recommend this hotel
The owners welcome was great and the cottage was extrememly comfortable and well stocked. Easy access to Hoylake market street as well as the promenade.
