Luxury beach front rooms- PMA, hotel in Kirkcaldy

Set in Kirkcaldy in the Fife region, Luxury beach front rooms- PMA offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

We arrived at the location and were greeted on site by the Owner who we found very warm and friendly. We were given a free upgrade to the larger of the three rooms. The room itself was very bright and spacious and the view of the seafront was gorgeous. The room looks down onto the Fife Coastal path and we took a lovely walk to Kinghorn and back which is approximately 5km, taking in some fantastic scenery along the way. We would definitely consider coming back for another visit in the future.

Helpful, attentive staff made a short stay very comfortable. When I brought an issue with my dinner to their attention the staff didn't quibble but immediately removed the item from by bill and offered an alternative or replacement.

We were there to attend an event and to conduct some family history research in the excellent facilities provided by Kirkcaldy Library and Museum. The town itself is looking good, certainly in the area round Victoria Road.

Kirkcaldy is a good place for access to Edinburgh, Fife and...

Kirkcaldy is a good place for access to Edinburgh, Fife and The East Neuk. It has its own charm, but the town centre is quite run down. Take the bus to the nearby beaches, or right up to the beautiful villages of East Neuk. There are a couple of good curry houses on the High Street, I liked The Prince especially. The older streets away from the High Street and the Parks are quite lovely, and the museum and gallery are good.

Visited the gallery/museum which was located near our hotel.

Visited the gallery/museum which was located near our hotel. This was a hidden gem as the pictures on display were very good as was the museum which had sections dedicated to the past linoleum industry and mining communities. Fascinating. Kirkcaldy has a full range of shops available as well as a modernised sea promenade. All in all found Kirkcaldy a very enjoyable place to visit and wished we had spent more time there!

The best thing about Kirkcaldy is going to see the seals.

The best thing about Kirkcaldy is going to see the seals. Ask at your hotel how to see them. Need to be able to walk about 20 mins. They are nearly always there . Easy to get train in and out of Edinburgh. If you like walking or biking. Fife coastal path is lovely. Can walk between stations and get train back

We came to visit Kirkcaldy gallery for the Vettriano exhibition. The gallery was lovely with a cafe with decent coffee, museum and gallery shop. We had travelled from Glastonbury for this exhibition and stopped in York on the way up. Kirkcaldy is not very pretty overall, the seafront felt quite industrial but we found a good fish and chips shop called Rinaldis and all the local people were friendly.

Polite, friendly and professional staff in all areas. Clean, comfortable and very modern hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean and we had a large modern shower room. Varied breakfast menu in a nicely decorated dining room. Lovely public areas and set in well kept grounds. Plenty of car parking spaces. The location is very peaceful yet a few minutes to connect to motorway by car. A large retail park is located a few minutes walk away. Kirkcaldy town centre is a short drive away. Would recommend Dean Park Hotel to friends and family.

Fantastic room with two seater, reclining sofa, a massive double bed and Sky TV(with Movies and Sports channels). Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The 24hr continental breakfast is fantastic. It's the first time I've eaten breakfast in my hotel room. All the staff who dealt with us were really friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We'd highly recommend the restaurant for an afternoon/evening meal and the bar for a few drinks with the friendly locals.

Everything, from a lovely room, very helpful staff to excellent food, good conversation with bar and dining room staff to other guests. After breakfast we went to my sisters funeral then returned with other family and sisters friends to a lovely spread of food, tea and coffee to remember her life. The staff catered beautifully for all our needs. I would certainly book again at one of the best hotels I've stayed in over the last 60 years.

Despite booking the hotel for a work trip a cooked breakfast would have been the icing the cake. The team very kindly offered us a Bacon roll, which was great, but a full Scottish cooked would have been excellent
