My boyfriend and I were very welcome by the lady named Jennifer at the reception with a big smile and chatting for a few mins.
The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, big.
The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was lovely.
Great location for shops and hiking, too.
The breakfast was very delicious and there were different options to choose from.
We will definitely return back in the future.

Room was lovely, clean and peaceful. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and products ample. Staff were friendly and down-to-earth. Location right on the river, near the bridge was lovely. We ate in the very popular restaurant and the food was great, also breakfast fine and catered for gluten-free.

Llanrwst is a lovely little town surrounded by beautiful scenery, river walks and ancient monuments, including the town bridge. You're close to Betws y Coed without the higher prices, and a hop from the coast.

This place is tucked away inland not far from Conwy.
This place is tucked away inland not far from Conwy. It’s a lovely little town and is a prime location for Snowdonia etc. Llanwrst is a belting little place to browse around with everything that you could wish for on holiday or just a short break for fishing or hiking. The bridge going over the river is very picturesque and seeped in history.

Hardly any shops or cafes open.
Hardly any shops or cafes open. Takeaways seem to open whenever they feel like it. If you are not prepared to drive to other areas or do some walking then it's not the village for you. However, there are some great walks in the area and it's a great base to travel to other places of interest from.

Comfortable house in a great location for Snowdonia and the coast.
Very amenable hosts who left us cake, fresh eggs and milk, and logs for the open fire.
We woke to the sound of cows in the barn and watched the sheep wander past the window whilst washing up! Idyllic.

Pretty small town in picturesque setting with great walks nearby and 1 mile from Snowdonia National Park. We walked up to the Mare's Tail waterfall which is stunning but were too late to visit Gydwir Castle

Very comfortable space. Lovely touches from Ceri made me feel welcome, safe and at home. I liked the fact that everything in Llanrwst was easy to reach on foot from this central location. Safe parking right outside the property was convenient and reassuring. I needed to travel to Betws-y-Coed early on Sunday morning and so I particularly appreciated this comfortable, warm bolt-hole where I could rest & recharge on Saturday night before a busy day to follow.
Thank you, Ceri.
The hospitality - Mr & Mrs Matthews were very welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. The accommodation and its facilities were very comfortable and suited our needs with three teenage children. And the location with its views felt blissful in the sun and the bird song - we enjoyed exploring Llanrwst, ByC and mountain-biking in Gwydir Forest. The shower was a great pressure and it was very handy to have a washing machine option too.
Quite possibly the best Cottage I've ever booked. Stayed with my boyfriend and his Mum who was visiting from America. Couldn't have booked a better place for her to see North Wales. Beautifully decorated, cosy, everything you could possibly need, the most fantastic views and a shower to die for. Lovely owners who left a very kind welcome pack. I'd 100% book again
What a fabulous luxury place to stay. Loved the log burner and the super welcome pack of wine and snacks yummy. Fantastic shower and separate bath and huge kitchen diner / lounge with separate conservatory with amazing views. Comfy beds too. Lovely walks in the area and fabulous chippy in Llanrwst. Definitely going to stay longer next time 😎
Four large bedrooms with lovely beds and enough bathrooms and toilets. Very clean and great socialising space. Two families with two adults and two children, plus a dog and there was space (and lots of it) for a baby or toddler in a travel cot. The children loved the layout for hide and seek and it was such an easy walk into Llanrwst centre.
Size of the room for the price was good, but the hotel was a little warm and the curtains were very light so in the middle of summer I was woken up at 6am.
Didnt see any staff but very well organised and easy to access my room. No parking by the time we arrived which wasn't ideal.
Great location on the outskirts of Snowdona National Park. Good base to explore the region. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Self check-in and check-out was smooth. Free Parking. Good cafes and grocery stores at a short walk from the hotel. A lovely river walk nearby.
The location was spot on for us, the shops just in the square incase you forgot anything. The cafe we ate breakfast in was lovely food, next to the Eagle Hotel, we went in the New Inn pub very friendly, the river is beautiful, zip world was amazing overall fab stay.
This old hotel has a superb position next to the river. Plenty of room in the car park. Its dog friendly too. The breakfast is good and the evening meals are too. Really like that they always have a very local ale on tap. Warm room, comfy bed.
The location is excellent. The apartment looks reasonable new and is finished to a good standard. Local shops and restaurants are in walking distance. If you get a room overlooking the river the view is one of the best in Llanrwst.
Nice old style hotel. Great large room with views over the river and the old bridge. Restaurant available on site. Large free parking space at the back of the hotel. Sofa in the room and many storage spaces. Very friendly staff.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very comfortable and great value. Dogs are welcome and allowed everywhere in the hotel except the dining room. We totally agree with that.
