Lovely comfortable room with a fantastic view but on a surprisingly quiet road. Free parking right outside. Spotlessly clean. Fresh and varied snacks every day were supplied for breakfast which were more than we could eat. Leone was an excellent host and recommended some great places to visit and eat out. Will definitely go back again. First visit to Milford Haven and loved it.
Beggars Reach Hotel is in a pretty, tranquil area, near the village of Burton and close to Milford Haven, Pembroke and Haverfordwest.

Firstly the location of the HOTEL is in a beautiful setting with far reaching open countryside views with immaculate trimmed and shaped shrubs and bushes set alongside the hotel, it is so tranquil the perfect place to totally unwind when the human batteries need recharging .My husband and I stayed in a deluxe room which has two large windows overlooking open far reaching and garden views to the rear of hotel and views to the side ..Hotel and room beautifully cleaned and the large double divan bed very comfy glad no wooden footrest at bottom of the bed as my 6ft2 hubby has trouble stretching his legs out so nice bonus for him.Good size ensuite bathroom with shower inside the bath with rubber bath math and two strong handles on the walls to assist getting in and out..great safety measures including non slip flooring..These things are not always standard in some hotels/ guest houses. Two chairs and small table also in the room to sit and admire the views..no biscuits present (shame) to go with cuppa but very tasty cooked breakfast and very tasty toast too was had by us both. This is our third visit to the hotel over a period of time and it never fails to impress us well done to all staff concerned.we only stayed the one night if longer I would have asked for another pillow as the two were a bit low for me but thats just my personal preference.

The room was okay and the evening meal was good. The restaurant and the garden looked nice.

The property was literally 5 minutes from Milford Haven so this was ideal for me. I had everything I needed in the property and the hosts were extremely helpful too, nothing was too much for them. It was a very cute property and not too tricky to find.

Booked this beautiful home for a special occasion, the decor and the views are stunning… they have considered everything for a comfortable stay…
However the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing… dirty dish clothes left on the window sill, soiled and dusty kitchen cupboards, soiled dishes replaced in cupboards… grill pan left in the oven with food debris, with foil sheet covered in fat…
Walking into this impressive property was exciting and would recommend, however for the total cost expect much more with cleanliness and finishing touches…

I stayed in Rosemarket which is a small village but accessible to beautiful sandy beaches, cycle tracks, nature & shopping (if that’s your thing). I loved Broad Haven, Newgale beach, Dale & the coastal paths between. Not so excited about Milford itself or Haverfordwest town but both worth a quick look.Drove through Solva harbour & up to St David’s but preferred Broad Haven/Newgale for walking at the seas edge, soaking in the sun, enjoying scenery & chatty locals.

The welcome and help from hotel staff; the location and quality of the hotel; The Torch Theatre and the production of "Of Mice and Men" that we went to see; The Galley Cafe for breakfast. Nearby free parking. All in all an excellent stay.

It’s a faded Welsh industrial town and still the fourth largest port in the UK. It’s been a centre for trade and heavy industry for nearly 2000 years and is still dominated by large refineries and shipping. It’s a fascinating place to visit and has a thriving restaurant scene around the redeveloped marina.
From here it is easy to travel to countless sandy beaches, country walks and other places of interest including St Davids which is well worth a visit.
The hotel was in a good location for visiting South Wales. Car parking was outside the hotel and plentiful. Our room (No. 3) had an excellent view over the river. It was very spacious, good towels and toiletries. The drinks tray was very good with a great selection. The breakfast service by Steve and Colin was well done with good variety which you could mix and match to suit. The evening meals were excellent and well priced (as were the drinks in the bar) - all service was friendly and could not be faulted in any way.
Spotless B&B, where we were made to feel very welcome. Mick and Helen were fantastic hosts, with good local knowledge of the area. Our room was quiet, comfortable and perfect for our short stay, with our own bathroom just across the corridor. There was a lovely area to have breakfast, a perfect set up to the day. I think the house is in a great location, opening up both South and North Pembrokeshire. All in all it was exceptional value for money for a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay.
I liked everything about the stay. The location, hotel itself was a lot more luxurious than expected, room was clean and beautiful, view was amazing!!
Went there for my boyfriend's birthday, we came down from London to visit the area for the first time, didn't know what we were getting ourselves into but we ended up having best time ever! We will be back definitely. Food was delicious and breakfast was amazing too!
Thanks to all the staff!! You all were amazing.
Great base for exploring the area, close to restaurants, decent size apartment, a lot of seating options, sofas that convert to beds, and an air mattress if needed. Lots of blankets and heating, and also a fan. Bedroom had wardrobe and mirror, kitchen was good size and has the basic cookware (except large skillet and large stir spoon), bring your seasonings though (fine with us!). Easy parking, access to apartment via key in lockbox which was easy.
The room was very comfortable and obviously has been well decorated and upgraded and the bathroom great with a full bath which you don't always get in hotels. Often these days it is just a shower instead of a bath so nowhere near as good. I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing between rooms and between floors though. The floor area in reception looked and smelt like it needed a thorough industrial clean.
The room (family suite) was spacious and comfortable, and clean, with a good view of the harbour and sea beyond.
The hotel is showing its age in some parts however the room and shower were all in good condition.
The thing that made our stay at the Lord Nelson exceptional was the staff, who couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.
We would happily stay here again!
Sarah and Richard are exceptional hosts. Very friendly and helpful people. Were given a room with a balcony which look out to the sea. Crystals glasses and fine china were used to serve breakfast. We were treated like VIPs. Would stay in st Kathryn's house again if we were to be in Milford Haven. Highly recommended St Kathryn
Location was chosen as it is close to the Wales coast path. It was the base for a walking holiday. The surrounding area was pleasant and well served by a range of shops and restaurants. The industrial landscape blends in exceptionally well with the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding landscape.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The location was amazing, and we loved the opportunity to eat and have a drink outside in the beautiful weather. The food was delicious and there was a wide selection for both breakfast (included!) and dinner. Our room was clean and spacious.
The property was clean and well laid out. Beautiful by the river/estruary watching the tide come in and out.
there was plenty of parking and shops for supplies in Milford Haven were a short car ride away.We had a problem with the TV and it was sorted the next day.
An amazing B&B just a stones throw from the town centre. It is just like staying in a National Trust property - large victorian house full of antiques and original features. Sadly only stayed one night for a meeting in Pembroke but will return.
Room was fresh and had a lovely view over Milford Haven estuary. The breakfast was lovely. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was scrumptious. Plenty of parking in the vicinity. We had afternoon coffee in the sun on the terrace.
the hotel was clean warm and friendly.
The bath and shower was fine and the room definitely had everything you would want...desk, wardrobe etc. and it really wasn't that far away from restaurants
Lots of parking
Very informal, relaxed atmosphere, but, professionally run bed and breakfast, which was immaculately clean and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this establishment.
