The hotel is in an excellent location set back of a main...
The hotel is in an excellent location set back of a main road but the outside seating area and well kept gardens give a feel of being somewhere in the Country side, yet it's only a 10 minute drive to Leeds Bradford Airport. Photo's really do not do it justice. The hotel is beautifully decorated to a very high standard, has a restaurant but also serves delicious bar meals at a very reasonable price. Our room was very large with a very comfortable king size bed fitted with luxurious hotel bedding. There were tea and coffee making facilities and also provided a 'help your self to extra tea and coffee and biscuits' on the dresser at the the end of our corridor which, I thought was a nice little touch, (and also a good job because my hubby loves at least 3-4 coffees in the morning). The bathroom was large, toiletries were provided and with a what I'd say one of the best hotel showers I've ever experienced. All Staff were very warm and welcoming. Whilst we did not have breakfast, we were told (by other customers) that the full english was the absolute best. We paid £60 for the night for our room under the expectation that we were just booking something cheap and cheerful before our flight the next morning. Oh my what a surprise we got when we arrived at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking to stay here again.
The location was awesome set in the countryside of the hotel itself was old but with character, my room was spacious as was the shower room, bed was more than double, the staff was excellent, and went out of their way to accomdate. Special mention to Jo, who did a brilliant job with our breakfast, such a wonderful lady (hope you are there in 2024) it was a pleasure to meet her and the other staff members.
Ended up adding an extra night to be their New Years Eve, then had a separate booking for the next two nights in a smaller, less expensive room. Manage said they didn't need the big room, kept us in there and honored the lower price. Breakfast, Sunday Lunch and the bar was fabulous, staff all great.
The location was ideal as we were visiting family in Farsley. Property is on a bus route and about a 15min walk from New Pudsey train station. 5 min walk to Lidl, Gregg's and takeaway establishments. The studio was generally clean.
Fast efficient check-in, well equipped comfortable room, not overly warm and naturally ventilated.
Varied menu to satisfy two full days at the hotel at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Easy check out

The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. We have been before it was renovated and wanted to see if it had improved. The decor was tastefully done
