A good sized hotel with great staff. Due to the size of the hotel it felt homely, rooms were beautiful & immaculate. Food was excellent & well priced. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Views from the dining room and executive bedrooms are stunning, especially when the sun is setting.

I booked as a last minute get away and from the second of walking through the door we were greeted with very a very welcoming staff member, we enjoyed a lovely cooked meal and drinks and also enjoyed the access to the thermal suit. The room was excellent and enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast.
The staff member Donna who looked after us on our stay was exceptional and is a total credit to the team ensuring we had anything we needed and more. Thanks for a great stay we will most definitely return soon

A really nice apartment in a very good location, right beside the beach and a short walk to the harbour. Our party of five adults found it very comfortable, clean, and warm. Everything we needed was available and Mandy was a very helpful host. Not a problem for us, but the stairs to the property might be an issue for some people. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nardinis ice cream parlour and fish and chip premises is rightly famous, well worth a visit. So is the lovely Haylies hotel farther on for steak etc. The Seamill Hydro next door is a fab hotel with a lovely pool but does loads of weddings. There is lots more too. There is the wonderful nearby coastal walk near Portencross and a castle there to see.

I found Seamill Hydro to be very comfortable. I have a nice large bathroom which was well appointed. I enjoyed using the spa facilities. The food was good, not fancy just good. The is a lovely beach walk to enjoy as well.

The hotel, restaurant and toilets were spotlessly clean. Beautiful venue with wonderful views. Seamill is close to Westkilbride that has some interesting shops. A walk away from the Castle at Portencross. Lovely place to visit for picnics and relaxation.

We only went for one night, we arrived late afternoon, but we should have gone a lot earlier even if the room wasn't ready the location was just great for a long walk on the beach and a pleasant lounge where tea is served while you can enjoy the views. Local families having a break together rather than fly by night tourists like us! It was relaxing yet jolly, luxurious yet affordable. Note we rolled in covered in dust from Ayrshire music festival at a distant farm, we looked very eccentric and yet the staff were as welcoming as to the folks in their Sunday best.
