It was our first experience in a family room with our son. He loved it, but was had to sit in darkness while he fell asleep!
Decor was looking a bit tired, but everything was clean. Good extras provided for tea and coffee making. Breakfast was lovely in the conservatory. Full english was on the small side, but still very nice. Lots of additional bits to choose from, such as fresh fruit, cereal, fruit juice.
Hosts were very friendly and accomodating.

A warm welcome by Tina. The Alpaca Lodge is quirky and unique. The lodge itself is very comfortable and well-equipped, with the addition of the most beautiful animals wandering around. They are so well cared for. The outdoor facilities are great, bbq's, many seating areas, games and the pool is a huge bonus. We can't wait to return.

The hosts provide local produce for breakfast that we cooked for ourselves, which was fine. There was also fresh bread, and cereals to chose from.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at Watercress Barns.
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at Watercress Barns. The balcony apartment was very well equipped, bright and comfortable. Perfect for our 3 nights stay. There are some good local pubs in close by villages serving great food. Very easy to access the accommodation from M2 and M20 too.

The traffic on the main A2, running through Sittingbourne,...
The traffic on the main A2, running through Sittingbourne, is a nightmare at rush hour times, and there are numerous traffic lights along the route. A short distance takes longer to travel than you might anticipate, even in non-rush-hour periods.
There is a complicated one-way system in the town centre and there is nowhere to pull up, just to pick up or set down a passenger, outside the railway station (unless you happen to be a taxi).
The suburban streets have many speed bumps along them, making traveling around the town generally uncomfortable.

Nothing to review as we came to see my friend and stayed at hers for the day. Plus I usually come for the day and stay at her sometimes. But as I had a friend with me we are now going to stay there each time we come together.
Excellent place to stay - secluded in the lovely and tranquil countryside with rabbits and cows around yet with easy access to highways and near the towns of Sittingbourne and Rainham
It's got everything you need including, fantastic bath, kitchen and extra heating appliance (which we needed as it was minus 4 degrees when we stayed : ) Parking is no problem at all and there are beautiful walks that can be taken nearby
Hosts are very helpful and there are staff around to help when needed
My wife, son and I stayed here for a night in June 2021.
The host, Jane, was lovely. Her house was comfortable and very clean, with a lovely garden/backyard. The location was great for our needs, just about 10 mins drive to Sittingbourne station and about 20-25 minutes to Tankerton beach (Whitstable) and 20 minutes to Elmley Nature Reserve. The house is right next to the Borden Cricket Club entrance.
The customised home cooked breakfast was delicious.
This B&B is an easy recommendation.
Lovely country hotel. Beautifully designed throughout. The superior rooms were stunning. Lovely comfortable beds. The double bathroom was beautiful. All really clean. The food in the lakeside restaurant was delicious. Staff very tentative and friendly all throughout. We also used the spa. The treatments were lovely. The gym and pool also very well kept.
Room was clean and adequate for the night; free water and biscuits was a nice touch. Bathroom was spotless with a large shower. Evening meal and breakfast was one of the better Wetherspoon's I've eaten in. Air con was a nice surprise. Was good value for money considering the price of other hotels in the area. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The Beaumont had a lovely cosy feel to it, a light and airy breakfast room, excellent breakfast and welcoming hosts. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Good value and lovely couple running the and B. Couldn't do enough for us and they even run us to our car in the morning after leaving it overnight at a wedding 😊👍 thank you again.
The location was beautiful, quiet and set in the heart of rolling hills and woodland. Yet, not far from all the amenities on offer at Sittingbourne and Faversham. Kate was a great host and the breakfast absolutely delicious. The accommodation was sparkly clean and very comfortable. Thanks, Kate. We look forward to coming back.
When we first booked I thought TB was a hotel, but it's a B&B. The setting, the buildings, rooms, outside space and general quality were high. The breakfast room was stylish. The breakfast was decent quality and quantity but was a standard breakfast and less varied than I'd expect for the the price.
Really great location! So easy to get around. The train station is very close with many local spots to eat. The rooms are good sizes and have everything. We requested cleans during our stay and that was taken care of really well. Worked from home a few days and the desk space was appreciated.
The hotel was located in a central location. Most of the time when we asked for extra towels or ice the staff was attentive. Breakfast was fine—it was lovely if you were there early enough and they will make eggs fresh any style you’d like. The downstairs area is very clean.
Nothing to fault. Staff friendly. Room was great, bed was exceptional, bathroom and facilities excellent. Very clean. Breakfast was good in the morning with a good selection to chose from. The whole hotel was clean and modern. Also free parking is an extra added bonus.
Excellent host who could not have been more helpfful. Comfortable very well equipped flat in a nice quiet area and with its own off road parking space. Handy for the Medway towns and north Kent attractions. One of the best self catering venues we have used.
Having 3 bathrooms is very convenient. Fluffy towels. The location is good and free parking onsite makes life easier. 15 minutes walk from Sittingbourne station. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. The washing machine was useful.
Great location, short walk into town, round the corner from a large Morrison’s & has its own free parking which is a bonus in Sittingbourne. Very spacious compared to other houses we have stayed at in Sittingbourne.
Lovely house, clean, ton of character and kitted with decent equipment. Perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in sittingbourne including the station. Loved the property and would definitely stay again.
Great experience staying at The Beaumont. A hidden gem in Sittingbourne. Clean as can be and well situated.
But what makes it stand apart is the amazing owners: warm and welcoming! Definitely recommended.
Nice location and facilities although there are some very narrow road restrictions if you are traveling from Sittingbourne town centre to and from the hotel
Very nice Hotel with a lot of outdoor space and green. Beautiful rooms. Pool and facilities. Very clean and friendly staff. Very nice food
