Frans and Jojor are amazing people. We had a very good experience with them. They went beyond and above to arrange a more strong wifi connection because we work remote. Unfortunately this was not possible, but besides that the location, the restaurant and there hospitality has been amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. He provided very useful information for us like guided for transportation, extra pillows and boiler for us. The location is just few minutes to shops and restaurants. This hotel is on great location. It closed to many restaurants. Aside from that, they also have quite spacious car parking area. Our room was clean and cozy, but the veranda has many fallen leaves (no problem). Great morning view. They have their own private pier for those who left their vehicle at Parapat. Also, when high tide, you will have private pool which connect to Lake Toba. The breakfast is also considered good. And they also give you free basic amenities.

The staff are absolutely incredible, especially the lady who did so much to help us. The view from the balcony was the best we’ve had on our travels and the setting is gorgeous. The restaurant food is also nice too.
