Employees hardly speak english. ordered a taxi at 03.30 for 4 persons plus a small child' and told them to pay with card. then there is a taxi with only 3 seats and no possibility to pay with card. `Yes, he will drive to an ATM first`. Which will cost 8 Euro extra in banking fees. Please hire English speaking employees. Beds were really hard. Room was clean tho.

The room and hotel as an entirety were immaculately clean and comfortable, every member of staff were polite and incredibly helpful, even allowing me to check in 3 hours early.
I accidentally left some documents in my room upon departure, after calling them the amazing receptionist Chayapha had them delivered to me 10kms away via grab within 90 minutes.

The hotel staff were exceptional. The room was quiet and comfy. Good food and beer at the restaurant. Note to All. you must book room in building B. This is the newer building with the bar, restaurant, and where you have breakfast.
