This hotel has king size beds and large rooms, usually larger than the ones I stayed in the U.S. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom very large.
The breakfast buffet is amazing. It has everything you can imagine from cereal and toast to eggs, bacon, and cold cuts and cheeses.
It has an airport van that takes about 10 min to get there because it goes against the traffic rush.
The staff is very professional and friendly. I always get great service.
The only problem is that the AC/heating is centralized, so if the heat if furnace is turn on and the room is hot, one can only open the windows which is to a busy street.

The hotel was very nice, and the rooms were very comfortable, well equipt rooms and the hotel offered nice amenities. Probably better suited for business travelers as its location is a bit far from any tourist attractions and the choice of close restaurants is VERY limited. However, there is a very good neighborhood italian restaurant just around the corner.

It's a nice place for the price however, the only major problem is it's too far from the city centre. Since many tourist places in Madrid are in and around the city centre, this hotel is quite far (approx 1 hour) and you need to plan your trip accordingly.

The hotel was excellent.
The hotel was excellent.
We were travelling to Estepona, Spain and needed to stop over. Rather than try to stay in Madrid we chose Alcobendas and this turned out to be an excellent choice. We would certainly use this location again.
We were only able to stay one night but would have liked to stay longer to explore.

Alcobendas was a trip down memory lane as we lived close to there some years ago. It is convenient for city centre and surrounding areas but not easy to get around immediate vicinity without a car as not many pavements and area is wrapped around dual carriageway and main motorway to the North (N1). Metro stations are good for city but be aware that they are outside Zone A ( line 10) so it costs a little more and you need to switch trains at Tres Olivas.

We stayed for one night before flying out from Madrid...
We stayed for one night before flying out from Madrid airport. Room was good, clean, comfy bed. Staff at check in were good. Free parking was very helpful. There's a small shopping mall just a short walk across the road where we had dinner. The only let down was the breakfast. Limited options of cereal, pastries and toast. Was a fairly small room so breakfast was a bit chaotic.
We were so absolutely blown away by the breakfast which had really delicious, healthy foods like Real scrambled eggs (not re-constituted powdered eggs) Sautéed peppers and mushrooms, in addition to all the delicious pastries. They also provided a high-end automatic coffee machine which even made frothed milk for a Cappuccino!
Also— bed and bedding were luxurious and room got really dark and cold =Perfect Sleep
Also—close to Madrid Airport
I requested a 4 Night stay September 15th-18th at this hotel and had to cancel. I then spoke to a representative about a refund and they said it would be returned to my account in a few business days. I don’t mean to be rude or tarnish this establishment I just would like my money back please. I have tried to contact and reach out about it but no one will respond.
Wonderful unique family run hotel, wooden furniture, tons of fruit and veg shops, bakeries within a 30 second walk. Best of all, Enrique and Begonia are the nicest people, encouraging my feeble attempts to learn Spanish. Having now travelled through Andalusia I realize how great that Madrid place is. Highly recommend.
I use hotel for short stay between flights so did not use many of facilities. However, bed was comfortable, bath has all-you-need things including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and body milk, shampoo etc.
Breakfast was great, especially jamon and gluten free cake (provided when asked).
The hotel is clean and fresh. The beds are comfy and rooms quiet. Also the location is ideal and just a few hundred meters from the wonderful Museo de Sciencia y Tecnologia. Last but not least, the free parking was a huge plus.
Free parking. It is officially rated 2** but I think it should rather qualify for 3***. Clean place. In the centre of Alcobendas, park down the road, shopping centre, all you need. Friendly staff. Definitely good value.
My wife and I use this hotel often, especially if in transit to fly out of Madrid. We also put up all of our business guests at this hotel when we lived in La Moraleja, Madrid.
A big, spacious room, hotel is nearby bus stops and the staff are A++ in terms of making your stay as convenient as possible. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone!
The location is so near to the airport and the town.
They have a private parking.
The breakfast was good with a huge selections of Croissant and donut and pie.
