The quiet, but perfect central location and the staff who are so kind and welcoming. To find a sympathetically restored and modernised boutique hotel, bang in the centre of the old town that is an oasis of peace and tranquillity is an exceptional thing. Will definitely return when visiting again as our #1 choice. Gracias!

The hotel is beautifully presented, the room was lovely. We had the room with an outdoor hot tub and patio for sunbathing, and it was spacious and well thought out. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice of hot and cold foods including traditional Mallorcan pastries.
Above all what stood out was the customer service from the staff. Diego and Rianne were both so helpful (and Damian on email though our paths hardly crossed in person). We were there for a cycling event and nothing was too much trouble... advice on the local area, packed breakfasts, access to the (secure) bike room at all hours, restaurant recommendations and bookings, extra water for the room, and (after the bike race) a myriad of first aid supplies for cuts and bruises! I cannot praise the staff highly enough.
If you want a true boutique family hotel feeling, this is it.
Thankyou Diego and Rianne for really looking after us.

Not really for older visitors not wanting sun, the beach and endless beachside drinking and dining opportunities. The city of Alcudia itself is very interesting, but now over-filled with huge outdoor dining opportunities catering wholly for British visitors. We didn't need restaurants where the first thing the waiters do (when you can get them to serve you) is explain what the bottles of olive oil and vinegar on the table are there for. Puerto d'Alcudia itself is huge and evidently ideal for large family groups, enjoying the enormous beach and safe swimming, and night-time drinking and dining. Any impression that you might actually be in Spain at the same time would be a welcome bonus!

Alcudia is a small well kept historical village.
Alcudia is a small well kept historical village. Some of the beaches nearby are stunning. You need some form of transportation, better a bike or a scooter. car was ok now in the low season. The town outside the old walls is of no or very limited interest. There are some easy bike paths around Alcudia. For the more adventurous there is the road to Cape Formentor (better with electric bikes)

Alcudia is a lovely town, particularly the old town with its superbly maintained city walls and gateways. The old town is a maze of narrow lanes and paths, and the architecture is fantastic. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants dotted around and whilst clearly tourist aimed, many nice shops. The town gets very busy on market day (Tuesday), so best to visit and explore at off-peak times. If in the town, make sure you visit the remains of the Roman settlement of Pollentia, its a fascinating attraction.

Alcudia Old Town was a really beautiful place.
Alcudia Old Town was a really beautiful place. Lots of little streets with lovely shops, restaurants & cafes plus a market. Parking was easy and free.
The far end of Alcudia was very nice and there were plenty of restaurants to eat at. It was lovely to sit and eat your meal overlooking the beach. The centre of Alcudia where it’s really built up wasn’t so nice, very touristy and a bit run down, we just avoided that area.

A lovely old town, very picturesque and fairly free of traffic. Quite busy, particularly on market days. Most of the restaurants provide mediocre fare which is overpriced. I recommend a couple of tapas places on the outer parts of the town - Merlet and also Es Raco de Ronda.
Lovely Villa in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to navigate. Loads of space if you’re going with a bigger group and big garden with the swimming pool and pool table with the grill at the back kept us entertained. Walking distance to the nearest beach and close to bus stops, can easily get to playa de Muro or historic center of Alcudia by public transport. The host was very kind and responsive. Will be definitely coming back again 😊
We really enjoyed our short stay at Son Siurana. The staff was so lovely and helpful and we felt like we were part of the family. Our apartment was spacious and clean. Breakfast is served on a large terrace with views of the beautiful landscape. You also have the option of a dinner. The grounds are well maintained and we loved watching the sheep. The pool area was never crowded during our stay. As the hotel is situated outside of Alcudia we would recommend renting a car.
Perfect hotel for people who don't want the noise. Very near to old Alcudia, the hotel is a bit boutique style.
Great place to rest outside with very comfortable couches in the garden.
We had breakfast and dinner. The food was perfect - we would like to come back just to eat more of such meals :)
There was a little bay - St Pere beach - the water there was crystal blue - just perfect!
Car is needed to come to the hotel I think.
The owners of the hotel were just great - a mallorquin family - They are kind, worry to make your stay exceptional and they had great tips (reg. restaurantes, beaches and daytrips around the Alcudia region. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful spaces, rooms are comfortable, clean and well furnished. The breakfast was also exceptional, great service and food! We loved it, when we come back to Mallorca we will make a stop here!
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful 300-year-old family-owned house turned hotel in Alcudia. The room was spacious and featured a beautiful bathroom with a colored pottery basin. Although the Wi-Fi was a bit shaky, it didn't bother me much. Breakfast in the garden was a highlight, with traditional Mallorca pastries, fresh orange juice (if in season), and delicious homemade orange jam made by one of the family owners.
This is a family business run with the same standards as an international chain hotel.
The staff is professional, the room is comfortable, the sea next to the hotel is beautiful!
You have a restaurant near to the hotel.
The hotel is in a quite area near to Alcudia city center and not too far by car to the harbour where all the touristic shops and restaurants are. We are very glad to have chosen this place
The breakfast was amazing with plenty of sweet and savory options. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the spa was free. The hotel was central to the old town and our room was very quiet. Diego at the front desk spent quite a bit of time telling us which places to check out and which ones weren't worth our time. Small incident on cleanliness but they were very quick to address our issues.
We only stayed for 1 night prior to our ferry to Menorca. Location was great inside the old city walls of Alcudia. We rented a car and beware google maps has you drive directly to the hotel (it is illegal to drive within the old city walls of Alcudia). I finally backed my way out of the Old City and found a parking lot that was a couple blocks for the hotel.

Great location between the Port and Old Town. A really spacious Villa with a great swimming pool , patio area and bbq seating area. Tomeu was a fantastic host and Met us at the villa even though the flight was delayed. A great place relax. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.
The old town of Alcudia is very nice, and this hotel is in the center of the 13th century (and possibly older) walls. The host was very welcoming and explained everything well. The room was modern with excellent private balconies which were perfect to enjoy wine 🍷.
Beautiful house right on the beach. The outdoor terrace, pool, and yard are incredible. The kitchen, living, and dining room are wonderful for group stays. Each bedroom has its own mini-split and AC. It was great to be able to do laundry here.
Had a wonderful week at Villa Berna ! Very modern and comfortable and a ten minute walk from the most amazing beach . There are a few restaurants nearby but Alcudia Port is best which is about 20mins. The host Juan was super helpful.
The all inclusive provided a superb standard of both food and drinks. The facilities at this hotel and the staff are excellent. It was my 6th visit, I've never been anywhere else more than once in my life.
We loved the breakfast and the little beach next to the hotel. It was really amazing having the possibility of waking up and jump directly into the sea. The hotel is very green and nicely kept.
Great hotel with outstanding staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nice spa area and beautiful room. Good breakfast buffet. The location in the city center of Alcudia is perfect.
Wonderful accomodation on the beautiful countryside of Mallorca. The staff is super friendly and did everything to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you for this unforgetable stay!!
