Mogan is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Bus 91 from the airport takes 1 hour. Mogan is made up of pretty low rise apartments, canals, a square and a few shopping streets. Well equipped Spar supermarket. Lots of good restaurants. Free yoga session every day at 9am by the beach. Sheltered beach and safe swimming.
Lots of sun beds and umbrellas to hire (3.50 euros a day each). While usually sunny and warm, occasionally wind from the Sahara causes overcast/dusty conditions (Calima) which can last a few days but it’s still warm all year round.

PdM is a nice little town, quiet, very little noise. Lots of restaurants, but in general somewhat higher prices than in Playa del Ingles, less of the shabby places with cheap eats.
There are two supermarkets that obviously mainly cater to tourists, but the bigger one, Spar, have fresh meats and cheeses and some ready cooked food.
There is a decent selection of shops and you should be able to get whatever you need for your stay. On Fridays there is a huge market setting up, with everything from your cheap copyware market stalls to lokally made food and jewellery and crafts.

A lovely little resort, unspoilt by high rise apartments or hotels. A small, safe beach area with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Harbour area is particularly picturesque. Very quiet and peaceful. 2 large complexes a bit inland, but again low rise.

Relaxed, clean and friendly beach town affording public, uncrowded access to the sea. Is a lovely beach. The water gets deep rather quickly so I wouldn’t leave children unsupervised but the 21 degrees temp was very pleasant under the warm December sun.
Not a buzzing nightlife and no major shopping so perfect for nature lovers.
Bike, bus and pedestrian friendly.
I enjoyed tapas at the Capuccino 501 and a ceviche at the Sol y Luna.
I also hiked up the mountains for a few hours and saw just 3 people during the entire time.
I’m glad I stayed in a quiet hotel just 3 km up the hill instead of being too close to the more populated beach area.

Puerto de Mogan is furthest from the airport and this may be a reason the resort is quieter, prettier, slower, and in my opinion, better! The lanes and roads are bathed in beautiful flowers, the paths are wide and thoughtfully made with interesting designs on them. I'd say this resort is better for older travellers who like to wander, have a drink, wander, have food, sit around and simply enjoy the wonderfulness of the location.

This is our 2nd visit this year and the standards remain as high as before. Welcoming and helpful reception staff, friendly staff at the bars and restaurants, very efficient room cleaning service and the most comfortable beds ever! We booked half board and every day we were met with a large selection of delicious and well prepared food choices. The location and layout of the hotel is excellent and offers a quiet relaxing break at a quality hotel in Puerto De Mogan, probably the most attractive location on Gran Canaria.
All in all, it turned out to be a lovely one-week stay at Hotel LIVVO Puerto de Mogán. The location was excellent compared to all other locations in Puerto de Mogán. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive in making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast/dinner buffet was ideal with a wide variety of options to choose from. I look forward to returning to Puerto de Mogán in 2024.
The property is the best of both worlds - Puerto de Mogan centre is just a short walk away but you can also retreat to the quiet Bella Vista away from lots of people and enjoy a stunning view overlooking the bay. Very easy to make use of the open air terrace kitchen when you want to and with the local shop selling delicious fruit, salads etc, it makes for a very relaxed week.
The Cordial is the best hotel to stay in Puerto de Mogan, it is surrounded by lush vegetation and stunning mountainous views and only a short walk to the Marina and beach. Pool is heated and plenty of sun-beds available, varied evening entertainment and excellent choices for breakfast and dinner buffets. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Will definitely return.
great hotel in a fabulous little resort. immaculately clean, lovely food and great facilities.
staff well all polite and helpful, especially the breakfast staff in the blue house who were fab with my young son.
I would recommend the junior suites to families, as it gives you a separate living space for when the kids go to bed.
Amazing apartment, probably the best we've ever stayed in. Perfect location right on the sea front, fully equipped, beautifully decorated and very easy access when we first arrived. Having the car park underground included is absolutely necessary in Puerto de Mogan now as they've tightened up parking in the street.
Stunning location with beautiful sea view and almost directly above the beach. In a quiet pedestrian area. The wrap around balcony was the biggest we’ve ever enjoyed. The apartment was absolutely spotless with a daily service if required. Puerto de Mogán is a pretty little town with lovely restaurants and bars.
The place is really what we needed during the trip. It was clean and it has everything we needed.
The house is located at a good location, convenient to any areas in Mogan. We were few minutes walk from everything. Daria was super responsive. Thank you Daria.
Definitely will be back again.
Great apartment , a good space, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed , in a very central location surrounded by restaurants and shops . could be a little bit noisy at night but not a problem. Very close the the beach and everything that Puerto de Mogan has to
offer.
Location was superb: 2min to the beach and 3. Min to the best restaurants in town .beautifully furnished, spotless and anything you think you would like to have is there.
Stunning patio with the best view of the mountains. Extremely comfortable.
Attentive staff, well maintained amenities, awesome breakfast, large room and balcony, very soft bed (we love soft beds). The hotel has rooms and a pool in a separate quiet section for, people without children, which we loved.
We loved the apartment, which was well furnished and had everything we needed. We mostly enjoyed the large terrace and hot tub. We appreciated how close the apartment is to Puerto de Mogan centre and the beach.
Location was superb for everything in Puerto de Mogan. The apartment was fully equipped and the hosts were very helpful. We would definitely stay again. A very modern, comfortable, spacious apartment.
The location is great, short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus station. The roof terrace is amazing with the best views. The place is clean. Interactions with other guests possible.
Excellent location in beautiful Puerto de Mogan. Clean, good beds, washing machine, well equipped kitchen. Nice roof terras with side view on the port. Very friendly and helpful host (Alvaro).
very helpful and friendly staff. The outdoor space and pool, combined with a quiet location were very relaxing. The small lane to walk down to Puerto de Mogan was a bonus.
Lovely spacious, clean and well equipped, easy to walk to everywhere in Puerto de Mogan. Interesting views of the hills. Dani, our host, was very friendly and helpful.
